L1/L2 Support Engineer – BSS (Billing & Customer Care)
Join IVS and be part of a dynamic MSO support team working on cutting-edge Telecom BSS solutions!
Position Overview We're looking for motivated L1/L2 Support Engineers to manage vendor applications, deliver on-time resolutions, and communicate effectively with customers and offshore/onsite teams. Travel to customer sites may be required.
What You'll Do:
- Record, diagnose, and own issue tickets through to resolution
- Analyze problems and resolve them within SLA
- Apply workarounds, corrective fixes, and data error removal
- Perform application maintenance and provide logs to L3/SME teams
- Report regularly on open/in-progress/resolved tickets to management
- Support bill run execution, deployments, and UAT/post-production testing
- Maintain proactive internal and external communication

Required Skills: Telecom BSS Knowledge, SQL, MongoDB, Cassandra DB, MySQL, UNIX, WebLogic/Java Basics, Shell Scripting, and strong analytical skills. Bonus: Experience with Rancher and Docker
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
- 0–4 years of experience
- Knowledge of BSS operating procedures, CRM, and Billing
