<li>Experience in operational planning, coordination, and problem-solving within dynamic working environments.</li>
<li>Previous experience in humanitarian or relief operations is an advantage.</li>

<p>Médecins Sans Frontières is running a reconstructive surgery program in Amman, which opened in 2006, is giving access to reconstructive surgery (orthopedic, plastic, and maxillo-facial) to war-wounded people providing comprehensive health care, MSF aims at identifying and referring patients from neighboring countries (Iraq, Yemen, Syria, and other countries with conflicts) then ensuring their medical follow-up after discharge.</p>
<p>Médecins Sans Frontières Reconstructive Surgery in Amman are seeking a <strong>Multitask Technician for our Daily Worker Pool. </strong></p>
<p><strong>DIMENSION OF POST</strong></p>
<p>Reconstructive Surgery Hospital with an average of 550 admissions per year, over 1000 surgeries annually, 72 surgical beds and 126 rehabilitation beds, 2 OTs for orthopedic, maxillo-facial and plastic reconstructive surgeries, OPD with an average 550 consultations / month, physiotherapy and psychosocial department, and Antimicrobial Resistance activity (Stewardship, IPC and Micro laboratory) within the hospital.</p>
<p><strong>SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITIES:</strong></p>
<p>Perform repair / maintenance / construction works, according to the supervisor’s instructions and MSF standards, to ensure proper operations and prevent faults / deterioration of MSF equipment / installations / infrastructures. </p>

<li>Carrying and moving (Load and off load) equipment, furniture, etc, to support Logistics Department and other departments in the mission.</li>
<li>Help in new apartment receiving or hand over by supporting the inspection and reports.</li>
<li>Carry out annual services for tools and equipment in MSF premises (offices and apartments) such as AC , heating boiler system , water dispenser, etc.</li>
<li>Having validated Jordanian driving license as will be autonomous by driving the Pick-Up for his professional displacements.

<p><strong>Dimension of post</strong></p>
<p>Reconstructive Surgery Hospital with an average of 520 admissions per year, over 1000 surgeries annually, 50 surgical beds and 69 rehabilitation beds, 2 OTs for orthopedic, maxillo-facial and plastic reconstructive surgeries, OPD with an average 550 consultations / month, physiotherapy and psychosocial department, and Antimicrobial Resistance activity (Stewardship, IPC and Micro laboratory) within the hospital.</p>
<h3>SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITIES</h3>
<p>Carry out all activities aimed at addressing individuals’ social critical needs (related to assistance and/or protection), promoting their overall well-being and autonomy through social support, and strengthening com-munity-based social interventions (depending on the scope of the social work component in the project). These activities should consider the social determinants of health to ensure a holistic approach to people’s needs and to uphold the well-being, safety, agency and dignity of MSF patients.</p>
<h3>ACCOUNTABILITIES</h3>

<li>Conduct social assessments of service users’ situation to identify vulnerabilities and social critical needs including legal, protection, shelter/housing, financial/vocational, food security, and access to other critical services beyond the project scope.</li>
