The assignment will examine programme performance and results across areas including education sector policy and planning, monitoring and evaluation, institutional strengthening, education data and statistics, evidence-based decision-making, governance and coordination, education financing, gender equality and inclusion, digital transformation, and crisis-sensitive planning. <p><strong>Position Description/Summary: </strong></p>
<p>Under the supervision of the Water and Treated Wastewater (TWW) Policy and Planning Manager, the Water and Wastewater Specialist will support or lead a range of technical assistance activities to support the National Conveyor Project Management Unit (NCPMU), associated readiness activities, and wider water sector institutions including the Ministry of Water and Irrigation (MWI), the Water Authority of Jordan (WAJ), the Jordan Valley Authority (JVA), utilities, and other agencies. WEC currently supports the NCPMU to operationalize its Readiness Functions, which includes monitoring and delivery, donor and finance coordination, and strategic communications for NCP Readiness Interventions. WEC also supports the NCPMU with technical assessments, market research, and strategic planning related to the NCP and NCP Readiness. WEC also works with the JVA, WAJ, MWI, and utilities on strategic interventions, including national strategies, assessments, strategic plans, and master plans for water and wastewater systems. <p>A leading global pharmaceutical company is seeking a data analysis specialist who will play a key role in designing, developing conceptual, logical, and physical data models by interpreting and analyzing complex datasets with the business in order to provide insights and support data-driven decision-making. This individual will also contribute to maintaining data dictionaries, metadata documentation, and data standards to support consistency and clarity across the organization. This highly collaborative role works closely alongside data engineers, data governance, and business executives to gather and transform data, conduct statistical analysis, and create visualizations and reports that will contribute to identifying trends, patterns, and opportunities that drive business initiatives.</p>
<h4>Responsibilities:</h4>
<ul>
<li>Design, create, implement and maintain logical and physical data models for both IT and business solutions to capture the structure, relationships, and constraints of relevant datasets</li>
<li>Effectively collaborate and communicate with various stakeholders to understand data and business requirements and translate them into data models</li>
<li>Build and operationalize complex data solutions, correct problems, apply transformations, and propose data cleansing or enhancement solutions</li>
