<p>As an Incident Management Coordinator, you will coordinate high-impact and complex incidents across SITA Global Services 5 portfolio s and customer-facing services, ensuring rapid restoration of service while minimizing business and customer impact. You will lead incident coordination activities, facilitate collaboration across technical and operational teams, manage stakeholder communications, and drive accountability throughout the incident lifecycle.
