<section><p class="heading jdMain">Job Description</p><p class="heading">Roles & Responsibilities</p><div class="paragraph"><p>A consulting team is being formed for a planned end-of-project evaluation of a labour-intensive maintenance and Cash-for-Work project in Jordan. The evaluation will assess the project s contribution to improving livelihoods, supporting vulnerable Jordanians and Syrian refugees, and improving the learning environment in public schools. The assignment will use a mixed-methods approach, including desk review, phone surveys, key informant interviews, focus group discussions, and limited site visits where possible. The evaluation will cover selected governorates in Jordan and will require strong coordination, careful field supervision, and high-quality data collection. The Data Collection Supervisor will be responsible for coordinating and supervising the data collection process. This includes supporting the preparation of tools, training the data collection team, managing fieldwork logistics, ensuring data quality, and reporting progress to the evaluation management team. The position requires someone who is organized, practical, and able to work closely with enumerators, qualitative researchers, and technical team members. The supervisor should be able to solve field challenges quickly, maintain good communication with the team, and ensure that ethical and quality standards are followed throughout the data collection process. The assignment is expected to take place during the period July to September 2026. <h4>Qualifications</h4>
<p><strong>Educational qualifications</strong></p>
<li>Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, information systems, computer engineering, or a related technical field.</li>
<li>Project management education or equivalent professional training is a must.</li>

<p><strong>Experience needed</strong></p>
<li>10-12 years of experience in software delivery management, implementation management, project management, or customer-facing technology delivery.</li>
<li>Previous experience in managing multiple teams across the SDLC in Waterfall and Agile environments.</li>
<li>Previous experience in the insurance field is a plus.</li>

<p><strong>Trainings / Certificates</strong></p>
<li>PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum, or equivalent certification is preferred.</li>
<li>ITIL Foundation certification is preferred.</li>
<li>Training in customer communication, risk management, UAT, and release governance is preferred.</li>

<p><strong>Technical Qualifications</strong></p>
<li>Knowledge of Oracle APEX product delivery lifecycle and implementation concepts, and Oracle Forms and Reports delivery lifecycle and implementation concepts.</li>
<li>Experience with project planning, scope management, risk management, issue tracking, and stakeholder communication.</li>
<li>Working knowledge of SQL/PLSQL, system integrations, application testing, deployment processes, and production support.</li>
<li>Knowledge of UAT, go-live readiness, cutover planning, and handover practices.</li>
<li>Experience with customer-facing communication, reporting, governance, and escalation management.</li>
<li>Eligible to work in Jordan.</li>
