Liaises with the Head of Creative Digital and Multimedia, and focal points in the Agency s fields of operations, and relevant UNRWA departments, that provide content and information, to produce web content, including stories, videos, and photo essays, and coordinates with external programmes on technical improvement and training. Analyses website performance statistics and performs various Search Engine Optimisation tasks and, in collaboration with the Head of Creative Digital and Multimedia and Social Media Coordinator, coordinates with the web and social media vendors to improve services in line with the up-to-date technologies.
