<p>The consultant will share the designed VNR in Arabic (160 pages) delivered to the satisfaction of the RCO and MoPIC teams. One presentation (40 pages in total), delivered to the satisfaction of the RCO and MoPIC teams.</p><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><p>A Bachelor's degree in Sustainable Development, Economics, Statistics, Public Policy, International Relations, or any other related field is required. At least 10 years of experience in graphic design, data visualization, or a related field is required. Proficiency in Adobe software applications (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) is required. Strong knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is required. Good understanding of the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development and the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) is required. Familiarity with the VNRs and their preparation process is desirable.
