<li>Dispatch work orders to the appropriate department and staff and ensures the assigned work orders are completed in accepted standard time and according to priority.</li>
<li>Notify guests or internal staff of any delays in performing work orders in accepted standard time and calls back guests to ensure guest satisfaction within accepted time frame.</li>
<li>Continually checks on the dispatched work orders that have not been completed.</li>
<li>Handle all guest wake-up calls.</li>
<li>Log all guest complaints into PMS guest history for future reference, tracks trends in service deficiencies and reports them to senior management.</li>
<li>Forwards late check-in and check-out requests to front office.</li>
<li>Knows how to handle the housekeeping requests and deliveries.</li>
<li>Knows the basics about what guests might request regarding engineering requirements.</li>
<li>Handles guest calls for the pick-up and delivery of laundry, pressing, mending and dry cleaning.</li>

<p><h4>Essential responsibilities:</h4>
<p>The designee is responsible for the overall daily safe and expeditious flow of air traffic within the designated facility control airspace in accordance with ICAO and FAA 7110.65 regulatory guidance. Rules of separation must be applied to achieve the required separation as outlined in FAA manuals and orders. This designee maintains situational awareness of the overall flow of air traffic operations at the facility assigned and is responsible for all ATC facility operations and services during their shift, as well as adherence to CRM principal application. The designee coordinates with various controllers and personnel to relay information which pertains to the aircraft and in the interest of safety of flight including emergency information. The individual is responsible for vehicles and personnel operating on the airfield. Along with controlling aircraft the designee must be able to process flight plans, and supervise approach, departure, and arrival procedures. The designee will have a full working knowledge of control tower operations and flight planning and a fundamental knowledge of radar/manual approach control operations.</p>
<h4>Minimum position knowledge, skills, and abilities required:</h4>

<li>Graduate of an approved DoD or FAA ATC course.</li>
<li>Eight (8) years of experience, one (1) year of experience must be from performing in a like type facility.</li>
<li>Knowledge of ATC rules, regulations, and techniques; control tower and approach control operations.</li>
<li>Shall hold one of the following tower certifications: FAA Control Tower Operator (CTO) certificate, FAA or AOV Credential with Tower rating, or equivalent.</li>
<li>Ability to obtain and maintain FAA Class II Medical Certificate.</li>
<li>Ability to obtain and maintain a US CENTCOM Medical Exam.</li>
<li>Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret Security Clearance. Note: US citizenship is required to obtain a Secret Clearance.</li>

<p><strong>POSITION DESCRIPTION</strong></p>
<p>Under the supervision of the Human Resources and Operations Manager, the incumbent is responsible for the management of the daily operations and procurement activities at the Office from the request to the delivery of supplies, works and services. S/he should align directly with the Amideast’s Procurement Policy. S/he plays a key role in procuring high-quality and cost-efficient supplies. Also, s/he ensures that the Office obtains quality products for competitive prices in a timely fashion and plays an integral role in ensuring the Office sticks to budgets and operates efficiently. The incumbent is responsible for the follow up on the building’s maintenance and the coordination with the related parties to ensure that the building is well-maintained. S/he oversees the providers for services including security, cleaning, catering, and so on. The incumbent supervises and monitors the work of the cleaning, and security staff along with the maintenance workers ensuring that basic facilities, such as water and heating, are well-maintained. The incumbent also backs up the HR and Operations Assistant, on need basis.</p>
