<p>We are looking for a passionate Junior Sous Chef with experience in Peruvian cuisine to assist in daily kitchen operations. The successful candidate will support the Sous Chef in food preparation, quality control, and team supervision, while contributing to the authentic Peruvian dining experience through knowledge of traditional recipes and cooking methods:</p>
