<p><h4>Description</h4> <p>Optimiza is looking for a dedicated MS Dynamics ERP System Supervisor to oversee the management and optimization of our Microsoft Dynamics ERP environment. This leadership role requires a deep understanding of Microsoft Dynamics ERP systems, combined with strong supervisory skills to manage the ERP team and ensure seamless system performance and support.</p> <h4>Key responsibilities:</h4> <ul> <li>Supervise daily operations and administration of Microsoft Dynamics ERP systems to ensure high availability and reliability.</li> <li>Lead the implementation, configuration, and upgrades of Dynamics ERP modules according to business needs.</li> <li>Manage and mentor the ERP support team, coordinating troubleshooting, issue resolution, and user support activities.</li> <li>Collaborate with functional consultants and business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver system enhancements.</li> <li>Monitor system performance and security, and implement best practices to maintain system integrity.</li> <li>Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, processes, and procedures.</li> <li>Provide training and support to end-users to maximize system utilization and effectiveness.</li> <li>Ensure compliance with organizational policies and industry standards.</li> </ul> <h4>Requirements</h4> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.</li> <li>Minimum of 5 years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics ERP systems, including system administration and supervision.</li> <li>Strong knowledge of Dynamics ERP modules, customization, integrations, and upgrades.</li> <li>Proven experience managing and leading ERP support teams.</li> <li>Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.</li> <li>Ability to work collaboratively across departments and manage multiple priorities.</li> <li>Relevant Microsoft Dynamics certifications are highly desirable.</li> </ul> <h4>Benefits</h4> <p>Class A health insurance</p></p><p></p>
