<p><h4>Position</h4> <p>Associate Director – MEP (Data Centres)</p> <p><strong>Location:</strong> Amman, Jordan</p> <h4>Qualification & Experience Required</h4> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Building Services Engineering.</li> <li>10-15+ years of progressive experience in planning, designing, and delivering large-scale data centers, including multiple Uptime Tier III/IV projects.</li> <li>Responsible for the end-to-end design, delivery, and technical leadership of mission-critical data centre facilities. <section><p class="heading jdMain">Job Description</p><p class="heading">Roles &amp; Responsibilities</p><div class="paragraph"><p>Key responsibilities of role Developing product strategies for a given geography , collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure product alignment with business goals Define local Target Product Profile, leading product decisions including market positioning and overall product life cycle management including portfolio shape . Planning trials: define the standard varieties, trial seeds allocation and standard key traits for evaluation of the PLC 6 trials Inputs Seed Production needs of PLC 5 to 6 &amp; 6 to 7 for the territory Consolidates CU or Territory Trial reports (PLC6) to support advancement decision and promotional activities Define and drive New Product Introduction (NPI) strategy and Plans with the Customer Experience campaigns Drive variety naming and activate registration / IP protecting including trials Assess value traits &amp; positioning , proposing pricing Provide strategic inputs to RCL by maintaining an in-depth understanding of the changing market trends,values value chain needs including competitors landscape Update customer needs and preferences, to support analysis of portfolio health, update of TPP and prioritize segments/target/market scope Gives technical support to key producers, leverages technical knowledge to the sales team to prepare sales arguments and after sales support</p></div></section><section><p class="heading">Desired Candidate Profile</p><p class="paragraph"></p><ul><li>Product Strategy Development: Experience in developing product strategies and collaborating with cross-functional teams</li><li>Product Lifecycle Management: Knowledge of defining market positioning and life cycle management</li><li>Data Consolidation and Analysis: Experience in consolidating Trial reports to support advancement decisions and developing promotional activities.</li><li>New Product Introduction Strategy: Ability to define and drive NPI strategy including customer experience campaigns.</li><li>Market Analysis and Pricing: Experience in assessing value traits, market positioning, and proposing pricing strategies based on market trends and competitor analysis.</li><li>Customer Needs Analysis: Ability to update customer needs and preferences, support portfolio health analysis, and update Target Product Profiles.</li><li>Strategic thinking: The ability to think strategically and develop long-term plans for product portfolio development that align with business goals and customer needs.</li><li>Communication skills: Strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and engineering, to ensure that product development aligns with customer needs and business objectives.</li><li>Adaptability: The ability to adapt to changing market conditions and customer needs to ensure that the product portfolio remains relevant and competitive.</li><li>Influencing: Strong influencing skills to inspire and motivate teams to achieve product development goals and drive innovation</li></ul><p></p></section>
