This role integrates a biopsychosocial, multidisciplinary, and community-based approach, ensuring comprehensive and effective service delivery. The case manager’s focal point is responsible for providing leadership and guidance to the team, promoting quality outcomes in both MHPSS and child protection case management. This includes overseeing the provision of mental health case management and other relevant services for individuals with MHPSS needs, as well as ensuring that Child Protection Case Managers conduct comprehensive assessments, planning, implementation, coordination, monitoring, and evaluation of individual children's needs.</span></p>
