<p>Job Advertisement </p><p> </p><p>HR Specialist. </p><p> </p><p>We are looking for an HR Specialist to join our team and contribute to managing daily human resources operations and supporting employees and management with efficiency and professionalism. </p><p> </p><p>Work Type: Full-time </p><p> </p><p>Work Location: Free Zone – Zarqa - Applicants must be residents of the Zarqa area </p><p> </p><p>Responsibilities </p><p> </p><p>Manage recruitment processes from posting jobs and screening CVs to conducting interviews and coordinating hiring. </p><p> </p><p>Manage employee files, contracts, leaves, and attendance. </p><p> </p><p>Follow up on new employee procedures and the onboarding program. </p><p> </p><p>Support payroll processes by preparing attendance data, leaves, and employee-related changes. </p><p> </p><p>Monitor employee performance, probation periods, and training and development. </p><p> </p><p>Knowledge of Social Security laws. </p><p> </p><p>Implement human resources policies and procedures, comply with labor laws, and follow up on procedures with relevant departments. </p><p> </p><p>Respond to employee inquiries regarding human resources and maintain the confidentiality of their data. </p><p> </p><p>Prepare periodic HR reports according to management requirements. </p><p> </p><p>Qualifications and Experience </p><p> </p><p>Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related major. </p><p> </p><p>2–4 years of experience in the human resources field. <p>We are looking for a detail-oriented Senior Accountant to manage and support the company s financial and accounting operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficient financial processes.
