<h4>Key responsibilities</h4>

<li><strong>Advanced technical troubleshooting:</strong> Act as the Tier 2/Escalation point for complex technical issues, diagnosing and resolving deep-rooted system, network, and software problems for our clients.</li>
<li><strong>Agent installation & management:</strong> Guide clients through, and directly execute, the deployment and configuration of software agents (e.g., EDR, monitoring tools) across diverse enterprise environments (Windows, Linux, Kubernetes, etc.).</li>

<h4>Requirements</h4>
<ul>
<li>5+ years in enterprise technical support, field engineering, or a highly technical, customer-facing B2B SaaS role.</li>
<li>Strong skills in managing and fixing major enterprise operating systems, especially Windows, Linux, and macOS.</li>
<li>Strong understanding of public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) to support and fix software setups in cloud and hybrid environments.</li>
<li>Strong understanding of network setups and protocols, including TCP/IP, DNS, ICMP, and firewalls, with the ability to use network tools to fix connectivity and installation blocks.</li>

Islamic Relief Jordan is a country branch of Islamic Relief Worldwide. Islamic Relief Worldwide is an internationally recognized charity, looking back on nearly 40 years of experience in humanitarian and developmental aid. It was founded in 1984 in Birmingham, UK, in response to the devastating famine in the Horn of Africa. <span><br>POSITION SUMMARY<br>Greet guests and inform them of property amenities, services, and hours of operation, and local areas of interest and activities. Open doors and assist guests/visitors entering and leaving property. Assist with luggage storage and retrieval. Transport guest luggage to and from guest rooms and/or designated bell area. Assist guests/visitors in and out of vehicles, including assisting guests with loading/unloading luggage. Supply guests with directions. Arrange transportation (e.g., taxi cab, shuttle bus, limousine/sedan service) for guests/visitors, and record advance transportation request as needed. Dispatch bell staff or valet staff as needed. Communicate parking procedures to guests/visitors. Follow up with guests to ensure their requests or problems have been met to their satisfaction.<br>Serve as a departmental role model, and assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, motivating and coaching employees. Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others. Follow all company policies and procedures; and report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager. Maintain awareness of undesirable persons on property premises. Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional and maintain confidentiality of proprietary information. <span><br>POSITION SUMMARY<br>Run sold room reports, verify room status, determine discrepant rooms, prioritize room cleaning, and update status of departing guest rooms. Assist Housekeeping management in managing daily activities. Act as a liaison to coordinate the efforts of Housekeeping, Engineering, Front Office, and Laundry. Document and resolve issues with discrepant rooms with the Front Desk. Prepare and distribute room assignments to Housekeeping staff. Record, monitor, and update list of ‘Do Not Disturb' rooms. Ensure that vacant dirty rooms are cleaned by the necessary time and assign rush rooms and rooms previously on the ‘Do Not Disturb' list. Complete required Housekeeping paperwork.<br>Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures; report any maintenance problems, safety hazards, accidents, or injuries; complete safety training and certifications. Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional; maintain confidentiality of proprietary information; protect company assets. Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards; anticipate and address guests’ service needs; thank guests with genuine appreciation. Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards.
