<p>Aerostat Operators provide Operations and Sustainment (O&S) support for the Persistent Surveillance Systems Tethered (PSS-T) program in OCONUS site locations. PSS-T is comprised of former Persistent Ground Surveillance System (PGSS) and Persistent Threat Detection System (PTDS) programs. Position will require 6-week training TDY to Elizabeth City, South Carolina. Essential Responsibilities: Aerostat Operators/User-level maintainers will participate in the overall, hands-on operation of the aerostat system including launch, in-flight, recovery, and moored activities. Candidates will perform all functions to operate the PGSS/PTDS, an aerostat mounted Intelligence, Surveillance, And Reconnaissance (ISR) platform, its Mobile Mooring Platform (MMP), Sensor Payload(s), communications and navigation systems as well as associated support equipment (Boom Lift, Forklift, All Terrain Vehicles (ATV's), and Electrical Power Generators). <p><strong>DIMENSION OF POST</strong></p>
<p>Reconstructive Surgery Hospital with an average of 550 admissions per year, over 1000 surgeries annually, 72 surgical beds and 126 rehabilitation beds, 2 OTs for orthopedic, maxillo-facial and plastic reconstructive surgeries, OPD with an average 550 consultations / month, physiotherapy and psychosocial department, and Antimicrobial Resistance activity (Stewardship, IPC and Micro laboratory) within the hospital.</p>

<p>The Transient Aircraft Services (TAS) Technician is responsible for the execution of aircraft ground handling and servicing operations at an assigned installation. Reporting directly to the Supervisor, the TAS Technician performs aircraft arrival, marshaling, parking, servicing, turn-around, and departure tasks in support of mission requirements.</p>
<p>This position ensures all aircraft servicing activities are conducted safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS), applicable Technical Orders, airfield safety standards, and U.S. Government/U.S. Air Force directives. The TAS Technician is accountable for maintaining operational readiness, adhering to strict safety protocols, and supporting continuous 24/7/365 flight line operations in a high-tempo, austere environment.</p>
