<p>An assistant chief steward trains, supports, and motivates the back of house team to deliver an excellent guest and member experience while managing cleaning schedules, moving and storing necessary equipment, and observing safety guidelines.</p>
<p>As an assistant chief steward, you are responsible for training, supporting, and motivating the back of house team to deliver an excellent guest and member experience. A chief steward will also be required to manage cleaning schedules, observe COSHH and Hilton Hotel Health and Safety Manual guidelines, and ensure that machinery is operated properly, efficiently, and is moved, stored, and available when needed.</p>
<p>Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:</p>

Lastly, this position requires an individual that can apply advanced technical knowledge to solve complex problems by interpreting Air Force technical orders, manufacturers manuals/instructions or similar documents through the usage of test equipment/instruments to affect repairs.USAF equivalent position is Avionics Technician Craftsman.</p><p><strong>Essential Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Applies advanced technical knowledge to solve unusually complex problems that affect operational and maintenance capabilities.</li><li>Requires an advanced understanding of the interrelationships of circuits and associated systems.</li><li>Exercises independent judgment and leadership in performing assigned tasks in conjunction with designated direction from Production Staff and/or Avionic Leads.</li><li>Uses common and complex test instruments in the performance of assigned duties.</li><li>Provides technical and directional leadership guidance to lower-level avionic technicians.</li><li>Provides training to lower-level Avionic Technicians.</li><li>Maintains, repairs, and installs various types of electronic equipment and related devices.</li><li>Applies advanced technical knowledge of electronics principles in determining malfunctions and applies skill in restoring equipment operations.</li><li>Must be able to work without direct supervision.</li><li>Performs all other duties as assigned as requested.</li></ul><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><ul><li>Must have High School Diploma or have completed relevant military and/or vocational technical school curriculum.</li><li>Minimum of five years of actual Aircraft Avionics and GCS maintenance experience required.</li><li>Minimum of two years actual experience on MQ-9 aircraft and GCS, as an Avionics Technician.</li><li>Must have advanced knowledge of basic and complex electronics maintenance and repair.</li><li>Must have advanced knowledge of RFF systems, components, and accessories.</li><li>Must possess advanced knowledge of technical publications related to aircraft electronics maintenance.</li><li>Must know theory and principles of operation of engines, accessories and components, theory of flight and electronic flight controls, and have a thorough understanding of electrical and electronic principles.</li><li>Must be capable of using and reading blueprints, wiring diagrams, and data tables.</li><li>Must be eligible to gain and maintain one of the following IAT Level II certifications: CCNA Security, CySA+, GICSP, Security+ CE, SSCP, or GSEC, IAW DOD 8570.01-M commensurate with the assigned duties within 90 days of hire or before second deployment.</li><li>Must be able to inspect and operate ground support and auxiliary equipment.</li><li>Must achieve a passing grade in all required courses/certifications for continued employment, as needed.</li><li>Employee must meet all OCONUS deployment criteria, to include pre-deployment medical screening, as a condition of employment.</li><li>Must be able to Deploy to Forward Locations (other countries) as Directed by the Government</li><li>Must be able to lift, carry and/or wear Military Issued Equipment in excess of 50 pounds for extended periods.</li><li>Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand English.</li><li>Must submit updated SF-86 within 30 days of hire start date.</li><li>Must have had an Active Secret US Government Clearance within the last 12 months. Note: US citizenship is required to obtain a Secret clearance.</li><li>Must be able to maintain required DoD security clearance commensurate with the assigned duties during employment.</li><li>Must have current/active State Issued Driver s License.</li><li>Must have valid U.S. Passport with a minimum of two years remaining with at least two facing pairs (four total) of blank Visa pages.</li><li>Must be fully COVID-19 vaccinated with booster. Monitor staff performance and provide constructive feedback.<br>
Promote teamwork and maintain a positive working environment.<br>
Ensure compliance with HACCP, food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.<br>

Report maintenance issues and safety hazards immediately.<br>
Ensure proper handling of equipment and company assets.<br>
Assist with inventory control and stock requisitions.<br>
Support cash handling and POS procedures when required.</p>
<h4>Qualifications</h4>
<ul>
<li>Diploma or degree in hospitality management or a related field is preferred.</li>
<li>Minimum 3–5 years of food & beverage experience in a luxury or upscale hotel.</li>
<li>At least 1–2 years of supervisory experience in restaurant operations.</li>
<li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li>
<li>Strong leadership and team management abilities.</li>
<li>Sound knowledge of food and beverage service standards.</li>
<li>Experience using POS systems (Micros/Simphony preferred).</li>
<li>Good command of English; additional languages are an advantage.</li>
