<p>The goals of the Software Implementation Specialist are to provide product recommendations and configurations, ensure proactive communication to clients and internal staff, and manage enhancement requirements and escalations and the capability to understand simple to complex business requirements. The ultimate goal is to be able to configure our solution(s) to address those client needs. The Software Implementation Specialist drives projects to completion by anticipating the needs of the clients and ensuring the alignment of the internal and external teams focused on the implementation. Ensures coordination and facilitation of new hire orientation program to generate a positive first impression for employees and emphasize the importance of guest service in company culture.
