Programmes manager, Impact and Research Manager, Technical specialists, and Senior International Expert</li><li>Oversees the implementation of the Plan Jordan Country Strategy, ensuring quality, evidence-based and rights-grounded delivery across all thematic areas.</li><li>Holds a unified mandate across two dimensions: (1) programme implementation and leadership; (2) technical quality, sector strategy and programme design; where as advocacy, influencing and strategic positioning is encompassed throughout.</li><li>Ensures effective and efficient use of organisational resources, adherence to
