<p>Responsibilities Lead the safe and efficient day-to-day operation of the 3D Concrete Printing Facility, ensuring equipment, materials, manpower, and supporting resources remain operationally ready. Plan and oversee production activities including setup, calibration, batching, pumping, printing, curing, testing, cleaning, and shutdown. Coordinate commissioning, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and technical support for the 3D concrete printer and associated mixers, pumps, hoses, nozzles, controls, and supporting equipment. Ensure approved concrete or mortar formulations, printing parameters, QA/QC procedures, HSE requirements, and testing protocols are consistently followed. Supervise multidisciplinary technical personnel, allocate work, monitor performance, and coordinate with Vertico, suppliers, laboratories, consultants, and specialist technical partners. Develop and maintain SOPs, operating instructions, checklists, competency matrices, training records, and structured knowledge-transfer programs for local operators and technicians. Monitor operational performance, downtime, failures, rework, material wastage, and recurring technical issues, supporting root-cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.</p><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><p>Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Mechatronics, Industrial/Manufacturing Engineering, Materials Engineering, Construction Technology, or another relevant technical discipline. Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience in technical operations, manufacturing, construction, automated production, industrial facilities, or R&D environments. Demonstrated experience supervising multidisciplinary technical personnel and coordinating operational, maintenance, and external technical-support activities. Practical experience with mechanical equipment, automated systems, pumps, mixers, or comparable production machinery, with strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities. Working knowledge of HSE, QA/QC, technical documentation, reporting, material traceability, and operational control requirements. Strong planning, organization, communication, and English-language proficiency, with the ability to coordinate effectively across technical and management stakeholders. Previous experience in 3D concrete printing, additive manufacturing, precast concrete, concrete or mortar batching, facility commissioning, SOP development, or technical-team training is preferred.</p>

<p>We are seeking an experienced HPC (High-Performance Computing) System Engineer to design, implement, and manage cutting-edge HPC infrastructure using Dell servers, AMD GPUs (MI210), and Pure Storage systems.
