<p>Associate Access Directors are dedicated to supporting co-developing innovative and winning market access strategies, optimizing the payer value proposition and access-relevant evidence packages for assets, in partnership with countries and International cross-functional teams. In this role you will partner with the regional director/executive director, develop and implement transformative access solutions serving strategic disease areas (DAs) within Neuroscience, with a focus on our priority geographic markets, major HTA archetypes and Budget Impact archetypes. <p>Four (4) years of experience to include the following:</p>

<li>Duties including supervision and coordination between air-traffic control and maintenance personnel, dispatching, implementing and enforcing airfield safety procedures;</li>

<span>A dedicated coordinator is required to support department-wide resource, account and administrative coordination across Managed Services, Business Enablement and Transformation.<br> Support candidate sourcing and screening for department requirements.<br> Coordinate employment, onboarding and resource mobilisation activities.<br> Coordinate account and client-relationship follow-ups for the department.<br> Arrange weekly team meetings and client meetings.<br> Coordinate with project managers and technical managers on service-level reports and weekly presentations.<br> Coordinate department administrative requests, including leave requests, visa renewals and medical-related requirements.<br> Support business-analysis activities and perform QA/QC reviews.<br> Prepare presentations and management updates.<br> Coordinate engagement across all department teams Minimum two years of relevant experience.<br> Technical degree or relevant technical courses/certifications.<br> Business-analysis and QA/QC skills.<br> PowerPoint skills are an advantage.<br> Arabic is an advantage.<br> Able to work remotely and travel to the UAE when required.<br> Able to multitask, remain highly available, work under pressure and operate flexibly in an agile environment.<br> Available to join within two to three weeks.<br></span> </div>
