Result of Service<br>Phase 1, 2026: Technical Review, Revision, ToT Design, and M&E Framework, Three Months During Phase 1, the Consultant shall lead the technical update of the STG-TI and prepare the training and monitoring tools needed for implementation. • Conduct a structured clinical review of the current STG-TI and identify gaps, inconsistencies, outdated pathways, and areas of potential clinical risk. • Benchmark outpatient clinical care, preventive care, promotive care, emergency care, child health, STI management, and life-course health services against current WHO guidance and international family medicine standards. • Draft and revise updated clinical content for priority conditions, including the ten most common diseases managed at UNRWA health centres, child health protocols, STI diagnosis and treatment, rational prescribing, and antibiotic stewardship. • Integrate patient-centred, family-centred, preventive, and life-course approaches across relevant clinical protocols. • Coordinate technical consultations with UNRWA focal points and incorporate feedback into a coherent final draft. • Design the ToT curriculum, facilitator guide, participant materials, presentations, case studies, competency checklists, pre- and post-test tools, and training evaluation forms. • Develop a practical implementation monitoring framework and mechanisms to track field-level implementation progress. Phase 2, 2027: ToT Delivery, Cascade Support, and Implementation Monitoring, One Month During Phase 2, the Consultant shall deliver the ToT and support field-level roll-out of the updated STG-TI. • Conduct standardized ToT sessions for selected Senior Medical Officers, Field Family Medicine Specialists, and training focal points across the five fields of operation. • Deliver four ToT sessions per field, through in-person or virtual modality as agreed in the final work plan and subject to operational access. • Assess trainer readiness through participation, competency checklists, knowledge assessment, and trainer feedback. • Support cascade training in each field and provide online support to each trainer during at least one cascade training session • Monitor implementation of the updated guidance, document field-level barriers, and provide practical recommendations to improve clinical uptake and training quality.<br> Work Location<br>HQA<br> Expected duration<br>4 months<br> Duties and Responsibilities<br>The overall objective is to review, update, and operationalize the UNRWA STG-TI through an evidence-based technical revision, a structured ToT package, field-level training support, and practical monitoring arrangements. 1. Evidence-based clinical review. Review the existing STG-TI with priority focus on general outpatient clinical management, the ten most common diseases managed at UNRWA health centres, child health protocols, and diagnosis and treatment of sexually transmitted infections. 2. Clinical alignment and thematic strengthening. Align the updated guidance with current WHO standards and international family medicine practice within UNRWA’s primary health care delivery context, with emphasis on holistic care, family-centered care, symptom-based clinical reasoning, and rational prescribing. 3. Finalization of updated guidance. Revise and finalize the STG-TI in close coordination with UNRWA technical staff, ensuring technical accuracy, internal consistency, clarity, and operational feasibility across all fields. 4. Training of Trainers package. Develop a modular ToT curriculum and training materials directly mapped to the updated STG-TI, including training objectives, competencies, session plans, case studies, presentations, assessment tools, and trainer guidance. 5. ToT delivery and cascade support. Conduct four standardized ToT sessions per field of operation, unless otherwise agreed with UNRWA, and provide online support to each trainer during at least one cascade training session. 6. Implementation monitoring. Support UNRWA to monitor implementation of the updated guidance.<br> Qualifications/special skills<br>• Advanced university degree or postgraduate specialization in Family Medicine, such as Jordanian Board, Arab Board, or equivalent internationally recognized qualification. A closely related clinical primary health care discipline should be considered where relevant. • A Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery or Medical Doctor degree combined with extensive clinical experience and strong clinical guideline development credentials shall be considered on a case-by-case basis. • At least eight years of progressively responsible professional experience in family medicine, clinical practice, primary health care, clinical guideline development, or health systems advisory work.<br> Languages<br>• Excellent analytical, technical writing, editing, facilitation, and presentation skills. • Fluency in spoken and written English is required. Working knowledge of Arabic is an asset.<br> Additional Information<br>Hybrid modality, with a 40% level of engagement during each active month. <p>This is to announce that Amman delegation has a <strong><u>vacancy</u></strong> for <strong>Open-Source Information (OSI) Analyst</strong> at the <strong>Protection Unit in Amman, Jordan.</strong></p>
<p>The OSI Analyst works within the multidisciplinary Search Team under the PFL Deputy Protection in Damascus with the OSI Manager in Geneva as his/her functional manager to provide strategic direction to the response to the Syria missing file. In close coordination with the PFL researchers, Forensic expert, and A&E, the OSI Analyst plays a central role in enhancing the Search Team’s response by ensuring that OSI relevant to the Syria caseload is systematically collected, verified, organized, and made available for analysis. This includes both historical data gathered in the aftermath of the fall of the former Syrian government and any new OSI that emerges, with the aim of contributing to the documentation of protection concerns and providing leads and linkage of information to aid the search for missing persons.</p>
<p>S/he contributes to the identification of thematic and geographic priorities for OSI collection, supports the triangulation of findings with internal data, witness accounts, GIS information, and privileged data obtained from external organizations through data sharing agreements. The OSI Analyst ensures that the use of OSI follows a rigorous, ethical, and protection-sensitive methodology.</p>
<p>This position supports the analysis of individual cases and internal data particularly in light of available OSI and privileged external data obtained through data sharing agreements. Working in close coordination with PFL researchers, Forensic experts, A&E analysts, the OSI Analyst contributes to building a solid and actionable knowledge base to inform search strategies, documentation efforts, providing leads to aid the Search. </p>
<p>The OSI Analyst also advises on best practices for data sourcing and verification, develops tools and procedures for quality control, and ensures that the data produced can support timely and evidence-based decision-making, including opportunities to provide partial results to families of the missing. Additionally, the OSI Analyst contributes to institutional working groups focused on building data science and AI foundations for protection work, with the Syria Missing File serving as a key use case.</p>

<p><strong><u>RELATIONSHIPS </u></strong></p>

<li>Internally: Works closely with the wider Search Team in Amman, Damascus and Beirut, including colleagues in Forensics, A&E, and PFL, and other Protection colleagues in Damascus, Amman, and Beirut. As a contributor to Project aiming at Building the Data Science and AI Foundations for Protection work, for which Syria Missing has been identified as a use case, this position works closely with the Protection Business process owner, the Syria Missing Coordination Cell and other colleagues in HQ and in the field associated to this project.</li>
<li>Externally: In close coordination with the PFL Deputy Protection Coordinator in Damascus, DAM PROT and the Syria Missing Coordination Cell, engages with organizations that act as repositories of relevant data (e.g., IIIM, IIMP, SJAC, CIJA etc.), as well as other stakeholders contributing to the clarification of the fate and whereabouts of missing persons.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong><u>ACCOUNTABILITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES</u></strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Works closely with protection staff and coordination to complement documentation efforts in the field, provide supplementary analysis of priority events, and monitor trends to inform follow-up action.</li>
<li>Undertakes identification, verification (including geolocation, chronolocation and source assessment), and advanced analysis of digital material, and produces clear analytical outputs in support of the Search Team, including but not limited to incident reports, analytical notes, relational charts, timelines. Triangulates OSI findings with internal case data, witness accounts, forensic information, and privileged external data obtained through data sharing agreements, to generate and validate leads for the search for missing persons.</li>
<li>Proactively identifies and, on request, responds to leads relating to the fate and whereabouts of missing persons, and advises the Search Team on potential sources of information, including electronic media, social media, potential witnesses (victims, insiders, experts, or others), telecommunications data, and archives</li>
<li>Implements and advances established open-source research methodologies to ensure professional standards and adherence to ICRC NIIHA approach throughout the analytical process.</li>
<li>Regularly monitors, reviews, and analyses open-source information related to the missing (historical and new caseload) and to protection, and integrates internal case data to provide an updated analytical picture relevant to the Search Team and the situation in Syria. Monitors and assesses trends related to the conduct of hostilities and related to protection concerns through secondary data, including open-source data, to provide timely and reliable information to guide decision-making.</li>
<li>Maintains a structured record of verified findings, coordinates, source materials, and analytical decisions to ensure the traceability, defensibility, and reproducibility of analytical outputs.</li>
<li>Participates in institutional initiatives, such as the Data Science and AI Foundations project, by contributing insights from field-based case analysis. This position may be required to test tools (either identified or developed within the project framework) and evaluate their functionality for the Search.</li>
<li>May be required to conduct regular field trips to Syria.</li>

<p><strong><u>Desired Profile and Skills</u></strong></p>

<li>Demonstrable experience in and knowledge of the techniques, tools and methodologies for carrying out rigorous, safe, and ethical open-source research and analysis.</li>
<li>Professional experience in the identification, verification, analysis and preservation of digital open-source information, including expertise in social media research techniques.</li>
<li>Familiarity with the open-source information landscape specific to the Syrian context, including relevant social media channels, archive repositories and the ability to identify relevant sources.</li>
<li>Proficiency in geospatial analysis, including geolocation, mapping, visualisation, and satellite imagery analysis, with the ability to apply these techniques to the identification and verification of sites of interest, including potential gravesites and former places of detention.Proficiency with verification and analytical toolsets relevant to OSI work, including reverse image search platforms, geospatial analysis platforms (such as ArcGIS, QGIS, or equivalent), satellite imagery platforms (such as Sentinel Hub, Planet, or equivalent), and relational or link analysis tools.</li>
<li>Demonstrated ability to evaluate, triangulate and triangulate information across OSI, witness testimony, internal case information, and external data, and to generate leads from that triangulation.</li>

We support your growth with the training, mentorship, and guidance you need to own your future success. <br>We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Neuromodulation, Neurovascular and Pelvic Health Sales Lead to support the growth and performance of the business across assigned indirect markets. Reporting directly to the Regional Director, this role will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing distributor performance, supporting commercial execution, building customer relationships, and expanding market adoption of the Neuromodulation, Neurovascular and Pelvic Health portfolio. The successful candidate will serve as the primary commercial point of contact for distributors and customers while working closely with clinical, marketing, and cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.<p><b>Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:</b></p><br><ul><li>Drive revenue growth, sales targets, and market share expansion across the Neuromodulation, Neurovascular and Pelvic Health portfolio.</li><li>Set, monitor, and deliver annual, quarterly, and monthly sales objectives through effective territory planning and execution.</li><li>Manage and optimize distributor performance through business planning, target setting, regular business reviews, performance monitoring, and corrective action plans.</li><li>Lead sales forecasting, demand planning, inventory management, and pipeline reviews to ensure product availability and forecast accuracy.</li><li>Develop and execute territory growth plans, pricing strategies, and go-to-market initiatives aligned with business objectives.</li><li>Identify market opportunities and develop strategic initiatives to increase adoption of respective therapies and technologies.</li><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), hospital management, procurement stakeholders, and distributor leadership teams.</li><li>Support customer engagement activities, congress participation, physician education initiatives, and market development programs.</li><li>Partner closely with Clinical Specialists and Therapy Consultants to support technology adoption and customer success.</li><li>Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, finance, supply chain, regulatory, reimbursement, and clinical teams to ensure successful business execution.</li><li>Maintain deep knowledge of the competitive landscape, market trends, customer needs, and emerging technologies within the Neuroscience space.</li><li>Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and applicable healthcare regulations.</li></ul><p><b>Required Knowledge and Experience:</b></p><br><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, Healthcare Management, or a related field.</li><li>5+ years of commercial experience within medical devices (Neuromodulation, Neurovascular and Pelvic Health).</li><li>Proven track record of delivering sustainable revenue growth and achieving sales targets.</li><li>Strong experience working with distributor-led business models, territory management, forecasting, demand planning, and inventory management.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and drive business performance without direct authority.</li><li>Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.</li><li>Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional and matrix organization.\</li><li>Fluency in English and Arabic.</li><li>Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate across multiple functions.</li><li>Independent, self-reliant thinking and acting with a strong sense of accountability and ownership.</li><li>Willingness and ability to travel extensively across assigned markets.</li><li>Experience in Neuroscience portfolios and therapies.</li></ul><p><b>Physical Job Requirements</b><br><br>The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by employees assigned to this position, but they are not an exhaustive list of all the required responsibilities and skills of this position. </p><br><p></p><br><p><span><b>Recruitment Fraud Alert</b><br>We have recently become aware of various recruitment phishing scams targeting job seekers.
