<li>Deliver user training, demonstrations, workshops, and onboarding sessions to ensure successful adoption of PIMS by client organizations.</li>
<li>Serve as the primary client success focal point throughout the implementation lifecycle, building strong relationships with client stakeholders and ensuring successful system adoption.</li>
<li>Conduct regular follow-up meetings with clients to monitor implementation progress, user satisfaction, system utilization, and achievement of project objectives.</li>
<li>Proactively identify implementation risks, user adoption challenges, and operational issues, coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely resolution.</li>
<li>Monitor key implementation and adoption indicators, preparing periodic status reports, success metrics, and recommendations for continuous improvement.</li>
<li>Work closely with software development, quality assurance, product, and technical support teams to communicate client feedback, clarify requirements, prioritize enhancements, and facilitate issue resolution.</li>
<li>Support troubleshooting activities by investigating reported issues, reproducing software defects, documenting findings, and coordinating with technical teams until resolution.</li>
<li>Promote best practices in digital health, pharmaceutical informatics, and change management to maximize the value delivered to client organizations.</li>
<li>Contribute to the continuous improvement of implementation methodologies, configuration standards, training materials, and client success processes.</li>

<li>Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy.</li>
<li>Experience or Internship in health informatics, client support, or software implementation.</li>
<li>NGO experience is preferred.</li>
<li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a client-oriented mindset.</li>
<li>Basic technical knowledge of software systems and troubleshooting practices.</li>
<li>High attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask in fast-paced environments.</li>
<li>Willingness to travel up to 40% to low-resource settings</li>
<li>Fluent English language.</li>
