Design and run paid campaigns (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads) optimised for lead capture among corporate and government decision-makers

Create and manage landing pages, lead magnets, and inbound funnels aligned to specific service lines (capability programs, talent deployment, culture activation)

Develop email nurture sequences targeting prospects at different stages of the buyer journey

Translate client case studies into content that demonstrates real impact and builds trust (where applicable)

Monitor and report on key metrics: qualified leads generated, cost per lead, content engagement, conversion rates

Work closely with the business development team to ensure marketing-qualified leads are handed over with appropriate context

Manage external designers or content creators as needed

Requirements

5+ years of experience in B2B digital marketing with a strong emphasis on content-driven lead generation

Experience marketing consulting, training, L&D, or professional services; understanding the long sales cycle and trust-based buying journey in these sectors is essential
