<p>The Liaison Officer will provide dedicated coordination and administrative support to facilitate the effective delivery of the International Ammunition Technician Course conducted in Jordan for Jordanian Armed Forces (JAF) personnel. The role is specifically designed to assist the newly deployed Training Lead (TL) in managing daily and weekly operational, logistical, translation, and coordination requirements associated with the course, ensuring smooth communication between stakeholders and uninterrupted execution of training activities.</p>
<p>The Liaison Officer will support translation of technical training delivering as required, other duties will be to ensure that all enabling functions, such as coordination with military counterparts, scheduling, documentation, and logistical follow‑up, are managed efficiently and in accordance with organisational procedures and national protocols.</p>

<p><strong><u>Liaison, Coordination and Representation</u></strong></p>

<li>Act as the day‑to‑day liaison between the project team, the Technical Field Managers (TFMs) Training Lead, and designated Jordanian Armed Forces (JAF) focal points.</li>
<li>Facilitate official communication and coordination with JAF and administrative offices to support course implementation.</li>
<li>Translate training delivery where needed.</li>
<li>Coordinate access permissions, entry procedures, and movement within military installations in line with national military regulations.</li>
<li>Support the TFMs in arranging meetings, briefings, and coordination sessions with JAF counterparts and other relevant stakeholders.</li>
<li>Represent the organisation in routine coordination meetings when required and relay outcomes to the TFMs and project management.</li>
<li>Ensure cultural and institutional sensitivities are respected in all interactions with national counterparts.</li>

<li>Responsible for Procurement and logistics planning, coordination, follow up on deliveries with procurement and logistics department. </li>
<li>Assist the TFMs in preparing and maintaining detailed weekly and daily activity plans for the duration of the course.</li>
<li>Track implementation of planned activities, including classroom sessions, practical exercises, site visits, and administrative milestones.</li>
<li>Maintain an updated course schedule and ensure timely dissemination of changes to all concerned parties.</li>
<li>Monitor the availability and readiness of training venues, equipment, and supporting services, and follow up with responsible entities to resolve issues.</li>
<li>Support the organization of opening and closing ceremonies, official visits, and evaluation events as required.</li>
<li>Highlight and address the TFMs problems that partner organisations encounter during partner collaboration and cooperation.</li>

<li>Support the preparation and translation (if required) of administrative documents, schedules, and routine correspondence between English and Arabic.</li>

<li>Submit weekly activity plans and reports to the TFM-TL and other persons as required.</li>
<li>Maintain clear and efficient communication with the TFMs and other team members as necessary, ensuring effective reporting when needed.</li>
<li>Provide the TFMs with regular updates on coordination status, emerging issues, and required follow‑up actions.</li>
<li>Draft short weekly coordination summaries highlighting key activities, challenges, and mitigation measures.</li>
<li>Maintain logs of meetings, decisions, and action points, ensuring they are tracked to completion.</li>
<li>Support the compilation of end‑of‑course administrative reports and lessons learned related to coordination and logistics.</li>

<p>Participate in Planning Activities that effectively control the flow of materials through different parts of supply chain (from supplier to customer) to satisfy customer demand. This includes maintaining related master data, schedule production activities, manage the inventory of packaging materials and create batches.</p><p><strong>Duties and Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Master Data Management:</strong> Code creation on ERP for RM, PM, FG, and Bulk, as per the approved procedures.</li><li><strong>Monthly Production Plan up to 3Months Planning Horizon:</strong> Generate a detailed Production Plan, per work center, using MS Project or any scheduling software. Set with production to ensure all routes and production parameters are correct. Keep follow up the progress of plan and revise the plan where needed. Allocate Batches on ERP considering right formula and route. Initiate Transfer Orders if requested by sales and follow up with production till completion.</li><li><strong>Monthly Delivery Plan:</strong> Daily follow up with related departments to adhere to the plan.</li><li><strong>Packaging Materials MRP:</strong> Generate periodical MRP for Local PM to cover the confirmed sales orders. Follow up with related departments (PRD/QA/RA) to keep active and approved formulas. Follow up with related departments changes of artworks and control the dates. Upload orders on ERP for the needed materials and share it with Procurement Obtain output information (number of finished products production yield, percentage of defective) using the production control systems.</li><li><strong>Follow up and Reporting:</strong> Follow with procurement arrival of PM. Conduct tours in production to ensure adherence of production plans and report any delays.</li></ul><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><p>B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering or any related field as per the country regulations</p><p>A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.</p><p>Good written and spoken Arabic and English Languages</p>

This position will require the member to be flexible in the support of assigned deployment/work schedules. Employee will assemble, disassemble, renovate, transport, load, deactivate, modify, destroy, and handle munitions including missiles, precision, and gravity bombs. Work on the installation, configuration changes, modification, repair and adjustment of aircraft armament systems and components. Perform maintenance modifications, destruction, and demilitarization of ammunition and explosive components. Operate computer hardware and software utilities and manual records in order to perform stock control and accounting procedures. Inspect bomb release systems and missile launchers to determine need for repair or destruction in support of Reaper Series RPA maintenance. <p>Accounts for all materials and/or support equipment being shipped out of, and received, at the facility. Ensures parts due in from maintenance (DIFM) are properly tracked and takes appropriate actions to meet applicable deadlines. Keeps a running inventory of stock/equipment using appropriate software. Researches and orders parts, materials, and tools for use to ensure maintenance operational capabilities. Ensures the overall serviceability of all support equipment and related items. Keeps track of all assigned government property entering and leaving the facility. Processes paperwork, including filing DD-1149s, for all supply/support activities. Ensures proper allotment of material and/or equipment to appropriate maintenance personnel in support of maintenance operations.</p>
<p>USAF equivalent position is Supply Technician Journeyman.</p>
<h4>Essential responsibilities:</h4>

<li>Performs warehousing and support program duties in support of maintenance operations within the site at the comprehensive level.</li>
<li>Assists in verifying materials (or merchandise) against receiving documents, noting, and reporting discrepancies and damages.</li>
<li>Routes materials and parts to prescribed storage locations and/or facilities as needed for operational support.</li>
<li>Stores, stacks, or palletizes materials and/or equipment in accordance with applicable technical guidelines.</li>
<li>Rearranges and takes inventory of stored materials/equipment and documents within assigned database.</li>
<li>Performs the examination of stored materials and reports deterioration and damage; removes material from storage and prepares it for shipment.</li>
<li>May operate hand and/or power trucks and/or equipment in performing warehousing and support duties.</li>
