<p><b>YOUR MISSION: </b>Reporting to the Country Director (CD), as Operations Manager you ensure the effective implementation, quality, and coherence of HI s Palestine programme. You provide strategic and operational leadership, directly supervise Area Managers and the EOD (Explosive Ordnance Disposal) Chief of Operation (CoO), and coordinate closely with technical and support teams.
