Process purchase requirements in accordance with approved specifications, budgets, and company procedures.<br>
Request and evaluate supplier quotations in coordination with the relevant technical and commercial teams.<br>
Prepare and follow up on purchase orders and ensure alignment with agreed prices, quantities, specifications, and delivery terms.<br>
Coordinate with suppliers regarding commercial clarifications, delivery commitments, and required documentation.<br>
Support supplier negotiations and purchasing activities to achieve suitable cost, quality, and delivery conditions.</p>
<p><strong>Cross-functional coordination</strong><br>
Coordinate with Engineering, Planning, Production, Projects, Quality, Finance, and Warehouse teams regarding material requirements and delivery priorities.<br>
Follow up on material shortages and support actions required to maintain production and project schedules.<br>
Coordinate inspection, receipt, and handover requirements for delivered materials and equipment.<br>
Maintain effective communication between suppliers and internal stakeholders throughout the purchasing and delivery process.</p>

<li>Supports the Head of SYJ in the implementation of protection activities in Syria in line with existing PFL guidelines and working procedures and ensures proper supervision and timely management of all PFL requests (including F/FF, AoA/TC, non-indexed cases, missing caseload, etc.) attributed from the STM inbox (dam_tracing_services) as well as demands for analysis.</li>
<li>Provides Backoffice support to the protection team in Syria related to any PFL question raised (collections of requests, establishment of lists, follow up on “to-dos”, transmission of documents/cases, analysis etc.).</li>
