<span><br>POSITION SUMMARY<br>Respond and attend to guest repair requests. Communicate with guests/customers to resolve maintenance issues. Perform preventive maintenance on tools and kitchen and mechanical room equipment, including cleaning and lubrication. Visually inspect tools, equipment, or machines. Carry equipment (e.g., tools, radio). Identify, locate, and operate all shut-off valves for equipment and all utility shut-offs for buildings. Maintain maintenance inventory and requisition parts and supplies as needed. Communicate each day’s activities and problems that occur to the other shifts using approved communication programs and standards. Display basic knowledge or ability to acquire knowledge in the following categories: air conditioning and refrigeration, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, pneumatic/electronic systems and controls, carpentry and finish skills, kitchen equipment, vehicles, energy conservation, and/or general building. Perform all surface preparation, painting, minor drywall and wood trim repair, light bulb and A/C filter replacement and the complete and thorough cleanup of the painting or repair area. Test, troubleshoot and perform basic repair on all types of equipment, plumbing (e.g., plunge toilets and unclog drains), electrical components including lamps, cosmetic items, extension cords, vacuum cleaners, internet devices, replace electrical switches and outlets, and other guestroom items. Program TV's and perform general housekeeping and engineering-related inventory duties. Use the Lockout/Tagout system before performing any maintenance work. Perform repairs on interior and exterior landscaping as well as external landscaping sprinklers. Display basic computer skills including inputting air handler schedules and making temperature changes.<br>Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures; report any maintenance problems, safety hazards, accidents, or injuries; complete safety training and certifications; and properly store flammable materials. Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional, maintain confidentiality of proprietary information, and protect company assets. Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards, anticipate and address guests’ service needs, assist individuals with disabilities, and thank guests with genuine appreciation. Adhere to quality expectations and standards. <p>Employee will be part of the Deployment Pool and will be required to support deployments to various CONUS/OCONUS locations as required. This position will require the member to be flexible in the support of assigned deployment/work schedules. Maintains an Aircraft Scheduling and Documentation (ASD) maintenance and utilization program. Helps develops long range plans and establishes production schedules to meet customer requirements. Prepares weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual utilization schedules for maintenance. Maintains proficiency in operations of the USAF Maintenance Information System including Core Automated Maintenance System (CAMS), Centralized Engine Management System (CEMS), and other maintenance management database library programs. Maintains equipment records in library files. Collects, reviews, and files documented information for planning and scheduling of various maintenance activities. Ensures accurate documentation is maintained for aircraft engines, munitions, missiles, AGE configurations, Time Compliance Technical Orders, time change items, and special inspections. USAF equivalent position is Aircraft Scheduling & Documentation Journeyman. Essential Responsibilities: Prepares the weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual utilization schedules for maintenance. Assist in the oversight of the TCTO process for completion and proper documentation with IMDS and/or CEMS. Supervises/maintains assigned aircraft/equipment records in database library files within IMDS and/or CEMS. Assists in the collection, review, and filing of documented information for planning and scheduling of RPA maintenance activities. Ensure accurate documentation is maintained for aircraft engines, munitions, missiles, AGE configurations, Time Compliance Technical Orders, time change items, and special inspections. Performs and documents training of lower ASD personnel to ensure mission readiness, as required. <p>The designee shall be qualified to install, sustain, troubleshoot, and repair standard ground radar and airfield systems and equipment platforms to include air traffic control radars and ground aircraft control and warning radar systems; air traffic control radios; meteorological and navigational aid systems.</p>
<p>Resolves installation, repair, and modification problems associated with ATCALS and C2 equipment. Employs line-of-sight and tropospheric scatter techniques. Conducts tests to restore and maintain systems. Uses layout drawings, schematics, and pictorial diagrams to solve maintenance problems and ensure equipment is properly positioned. Analyzes construction and operating characteristics of equipment to determine source of malfunction. Performs intricate alignment and calibration procedures to ensure maximum operating efficiency.</p>
<p>Reviews and ensures compliance with maintenance management publications and procedures. Enforces safety standards for system maintenance activities. Checks installed and repaired components for compliance with technical publications. Maintains inspection and maintenance records. Posts entries on maintenance and inspection records. Records meter readings and other pertinent data in equipment logs. Completes maintenance data collection forms. Requisitions, accounts for, and turns in supplies and material.</p>

<h4>Minimum position knowledge, skills, and abilities required:</h4>
<p>High school diploma or GED. Relevant associate’s degree preferred. Formal electronics training such as military technical training school, vocational college, and/or a four (4) year electronics apprentice program with experience in electronics equipment the technician will maintain. Maintaining COMSEC/IP networking equipment requires IAT Level II baseline certification in accordance with AFMAN 17-1303.</p>
<p>Level I tech – four (4) years of recent, relevant, and practical experience with equipment the technician will maintain and oversee. Shall have four (4) years experience working with/on electronic systems.</p>
<p>Ability to obtain and maintain a US CENTCOM medical exam.</p>
