<p>Administer Windows and/or Linux server environments, virtualisation platforms, storage and associated infrastructure services. Monitor availability, capacity and performance; investigate alerts and restore service within agreed priority and escalation procedures. Plan and execute approved patching, configuration changes, hardening and lifecycle maintenance.
