<section><p class="heading jdMain">Job Description</p><p class="heading">Roles & Responsibilities</p><div class="paragraph"><p>Responsibilities</p><p>Analyze telecom data (BSCS, CDRs, network, charging, customer data) to identify trends and actionable insights.</p><p>Gather and translate business requirements into data-driven solutions.</p><p>Perform data mapping, profiling, and interface analysis across multiple systems.</p><p>Support data migration activities and ensure data quality, consistency, and accuracy.</p><p>Develop and execute SIT/UAT test plans and validation processes.</p><p>Build dashboards and reports using Power BI or similar BI tools.</p><p>Present insights, findings, and recommendations to business stakeholders and senior management.</p><p>Utilize AI/GenAI tools to accelerate data analysis and root cause investigations.</p><p>Automate reporting, documentation, and test case generation using AI technologies.</p><p>Apply AI techniques for data quality monitoring, anomaly detection, and process optimization.</p><p>Identify and implement AI-driven solutions for telecom business use cases.</p><p>Engage directly with clients and stakeholders, with occasional travel and extended stays at customer sites.</p></div></section><section><p class="heading">Desired Candidate Profile</p><p class="paragraph"></p><p>Qualifications</p><p>Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Telecommunications, or a related field.</p><p>5+ years of experience in Data Analysis, preferably within the telecommunications industry.</p><p>Strong knowledge of telecom systems such as EMM, MSC, ICT, CCN, MAPS, SDP, and CDRs.</p><p>Solid understanding of Data Warehousing and Business Intelligence concepts.</p><p>Advanced SQL skills (mandatory).</p><p>Experience with Hive, Presto, Trino, or similar data processing technologies.</p><p>Hands-on experience with Power BI or equivalent data visualization tools.</p><p>Good understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies.</p><p>Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot, Python ML libraries, or AutoML platforms.</p><p>Experience with Python (Pandas, NumPy, etc.) is an advantage.</p><p></p></section>
