<li>Welcome customers, understand their beauty needs, and provide personalized product recommendations across fragrance, skincare, makeup, and other beauty categories.</li>
<li>Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to the overall store targets through effective selling, cross-selling, and upselling.</li>
<li>Build strong relationships with customers and encourage loyalty and repeat visits.</li>
<li>Maintain strong knowledge of products, brands, new launches, promotions, and beauty trends.</li>
<li>Deliver a high standard of customer service throughout the customer journey and handle customer concerns professionally.</li>
<li>Support and guide junior sales team members, sharing product knowledge and selling best practices.</li>
<li>Ensure products are correctly displayed, replenished, priced, and presented according to brand and store standards.</li>
<li>Monitor stock availability and coordinate with the team on replenishment requirements.</li>
<li>Support daily store operations, including opening/closing activities, cash handling where applicable, and maintaining store standards.</li>
<li>Participate in product launches, promotional activities, events, and other initiatives aimed at increasing sales and customer engagement.</li>
<li>Maintain grooming and professional appearance standards in line with FACES guidelines.</li>
<li>Support the Store Manager and supervisors in achieving commercial KPIs and maintaining smooth store operations.</li>
