<p>PIMS is a comprehensive digital platform that integrates pharmaceutical logistics, prescribing, dispensing, reporting, and other health information workflows to strengthen supply chain management and optimize patient care.</p>
<p>The Senior Assistant, Health Informatics will work closely with product, development, implementation, and support teams to ensure that PIMS functionality aligns with defined requirements and real-world user workflows. The role will have a strong focus on system validation, functional testing, release readiness, issue identification, and verification of system enhancements, while also supporting users and contributing to training activities.</p>

<p><strong>1. System Validation, Testing and Release Support (70%)</strong></p>

<li>Review functional requirements, user stories, change requests, workflows, and acceptance criteria to understand expected system behavior and identify gaps or inconsistencies.</li>
<li>Develop, maintain, and execute structured test cases, test scenarios, and validation checklists for new functionality, system enhancements, configuration changes, and software releases.</li>
<li>Conduct functional testing across PIMS modules to verify that features operate in accordance with documented requirements and intended workflows.</li>
<li>Perform regression testing following system changes to ensure that existing functionality continues to operate as expected.</li>
<li>Validate complete end-to-end workflows across inventory management, receiving, transfers, dispensing, prescribing, reporting, administration, and other PIMS functions.</li>
<li>Test system functionality from the perspective of different user groups, including pharmacists, clinicians, supply chain staff, warehouse personnel, program teams, and system administrators.</li>
<li>Validate business rules, calculations, data validations, alerts, notifications, user permissions, reports, dashboards, and other system controls.</li>
<li>Test online and offline workflows and supported desktop and mobile environments where applicable.</li>
<li>Identify and document system issues with clear descriptions, replication steps, expected and actual behavior, screenshots, supporting evidence, and relevant system information.</li>
<li>Reproduce reported issues and provide development and technical teams with sufficient information to support efficient investigation and resolution.</li>
<li>Verify completed fixes and confirm that identified issues have been appropriately resolved before closure.</li>
<li>Conduct regression testing following fixes to identify any unintended impact on related functionality.</li>
<li>Support User Acceptance Testing activities, including preparation of test scenarios, coordination with users, documentation of results, tracking of identified issues, and verification of corrective actions.</li>
<li>Support release readiness activities by confirming completion of planned testing, documenting outstanding issues, and identifying potential functional or operational risks.</li>
<li>Maintain structured records of test cases, results, identified issues, resolutions, and supporting evidence.</li>
<li>Perform exploratory testing to identify unexpected behavior, workflow inconsistencies, usability challenges, and edge cases not covered by predefined scenarios.</li>
<li>Validate partner-specific configurations and workflows before deployment or release to ensure that they operate in accordance with approved requirements.</li>
<li>Support validation of system integrations and automated processes, including data exchange, synchronization, field mappings, API transactions, and error-handling workflows.</li>
<li>Review recurring production and support issues to identify opportunities for additional testing, stronger system controls, or improvements to existing workflows.</li>
<li>Provide structured feedback to product and development teams based on testing findings and observed system behavior.</li>
<li>Contribute to the continuous improvement of system validation, testing procedures, documentation, templates, and release processes.</li>
<li>Collaborate closely with product, development, implementation, DevOps, and technical teams throughout the software development and release lifecycle.</li>

<p><strong>2. Software Support (20%)</strong></p>

<li>Provide Tier-1 technical and functional support for PIMS users, addressing common issues related to system access, navigation, transactions, configuration, and workflows.</li>
<li>Act as an initial point of contact for assigned PIMS inquiries and ensure that user-reported issues are appropriately documented and followed through to resolution.</li>
<li>Log, categorize, investigate, and resolve support requests where possible.</li>
<li>Reproduce reported issues and determine whether they relate to user workflows, system configuration, expected system behavior, or potential software defects.</li>
<li>Escalate issues requiring deeper technical intervention to the appropriate development, DevOps, or technical teams with clear supporting documentation.</li>
<li>Follow up on escalated issues and communicate resolutions, guidance, or available workarounds to relevant users.</li>
<li>Identify recurring support trends and provide structured feedback to product and technical teams.</li>
<li>Maintain troubleshooting guidance, FAQs, and other support knowledge resources.</li>
<li>Other support-related tasks assigned by the supervisor.</li>

<li>Ensure training materials remain aligned with current PIMS functionality and system releases.</li>
<li>Provide practical demonstrations of system workflows and support users in understanding appropriate use of PIMS functionality.</li>
<li>Gather feedback from users during training activities and communicate relevant usability, workflow, or system improvement opportunities to the appropriate teams.</li>

<p ><span >Working in the Finance Department under the direction of the Finance Manager, the Finance Assistant will ensure the accuracy and completeness of Mercy Corps accounting records and will have primary responsibility for managing the monthly accounting cycle. </span></p>

<p ><span >1. Monitor petty cash payment requests daily and ensure the supporting documents and approval have been taken as per policies.</span></p>
<p ><span >2. Serve as a custodian of the safe boxes, checkbooks, vouchers, and other financial documents/archives</span></p>
<p ><span >3. Managing the petty cash to ensure compliance with the cash management policy and maintain the proper level of available cash in the safe.</span></p>
<p ><span >4. Responsible to perform cash counts on a regular basis, both on a weekly and monthly basis</span></p>
<p ><span >5. Follow up on operational advances clearance and ensure that submission is on time with correct information and supporting documents </span></p>

<p><h4>Position summary</h4>
<p>Prepare special meals or substitute items. Regulate temperature of ovens, broilers, grills, and roasters. Pull food from freezer storage to thaw in the refrigerator. Ensure proper portion, arrangement, and food garnish. Maintain food logs. Monitor the quality and quantity of food that is prepared. Communicate assistance needed during busy periods. Inform chef of excess food items for use in daily specials. Inform food and beverage service staff of menu specials and out of stock menu items. Ensure the quality of the food items. Prepare and cook food according to recipes, quality standards, presentation standards, and food preparation checklist. Prepare cold foods.</p>
<p>Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, motivating, and coaching employees; serve as a role model. Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures; report maintenance needs, accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager; complete safety training and certifications. Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional; maintain confidentiality of proprietary information; protect company assets. Anticipate and address guests’ service needs. Speak with others using clear and professional language. Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others; support team to reach common goals; listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of other employees. Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards.</p>
<p>Stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time. Reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping. Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 25 pounds without assistance. Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by supervisors.</p>

<p><strong>Education:</strong> Technical, trade, or vocational school degree.</p>
<p><strong>Related work experience:</strong> At least 3 years of related work experience.</p>
