<span>Bank of Jordan, a leading financial institution in Jordan, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Anti-Money Laundering & Terrorism Financing (AML/TF) Unit Manager to join our team.<br> As the AML/TF Unit Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing the bank's AML/TF efforts, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and international standards.<br> Bank of Jordan is committed to upholding the highest standards of integrity, ethical conduct, and regulatory compliance.<br> As the AML/TF Unit Manager, you will play a critical role in preventing money laundering, terrorist financing, and other illicit activities, safeguarding the bank's reputation and financial security.<br> Responsibilities Lead and manage the AML/TF unit within the bank, ensuring effective implementation of AML/TF policies, procedures, and controls.<br> Develop and maintain a comprehensive AML/TF program in line with local and international regulatory requirements.<br> Stay updated on AML/TF laws, regulations, and best practices to ensure the bank remains compliant.<br> Identify and assess the bank's AML/TF risks and implement appropriate risk mitigation measures.<br> Oversee the bank's customer due diligence process, including the review and approval of high-risk customer relationships.<br> Conduct regular AML/TF training and awareness programs for bank employees.<br> Manage and investigate suspicious transactions and potential AML/TF activities, ensuring timely reporting to relevant authorities.<br> Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including law enforcement agencies and regulatory bodies, on AML/TF matters.<br> Prepare and submit AML/TF reports to senior management and regulatory authorities.<br> Conduct periodic AML/TF risk assessments and internal audits to ensure compliance and effectiveness of controls.<br> Bachelor's degree in finance, law, or a related field.<br> Master's degree or professional certifications in AML/TF will be considered an asset.<br> Minimum 8 years of experience in AML/TF compliance, preferably within the banking industry.<br> Strong knowledge of AML/TF laws, regulations, and best practices.<br> Experience in managing and leading an AML/TF unit or team.<br> In-depth understanding of customer due diligence, enhanced due diligence, and know-your-customer (KYC) processes.<br> Knowledge of AML/TF monitoring systems and software.<br> Excellent analytical and investigative skills, with attention to detail.<br> Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.<br> Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.<br> Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.<br> Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.<br></span> </div>
<p>Requirements:</p><p><br></p><p>At least two years of experience in marketing, preferably with experience in software or technology companies.</p><p><br></p><p>Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any related administrative field</p><p><br></p><p>Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, and the ability to build and implement effective marketing plans.</p><p><br></p><p>Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken, in Arabic and English.</p><p><br></p><p>Experience in digital marketing methods</p><p><br></p><p>The ability to build long-term relationships with clients and manage their accounts after contracting</p><p><br></p><p>Basic knowledge of marketing tools and customer relationship management (CRM)</p><p><br></p><p>The ability to analyze the results of marketing campaigns and provide periodic performance reports.</p><p><br></p><p>Good organizational skills and efficient time management to handle multiple clients and accounts simultaneously.</p><p><br></p><p>Initiative and creativity, and the ability to work both as part of a team and independently.</p><p><br></p><p>Ability to work under pressure and achieve monthly/annual goals and indicators</p><p><br></p><p>Proficiency in using office programs (Excel, PowerPoint) and presentation tools</p>

These services facilitate essential aircraft arrivals and departures services for United States and Coalition Forces. Alongside SWA Transient Aircraft Services, KBR delivers Engineering Support, NTV Leasing, LAMS, Power Production, BOS-I, and a range of quality-of-life solutions that help sustain base operations. </p><br><br><br><p><b>Job Summary</b> </p><br><br><p>The Site Manager is responsible for the day-to-day management, coordination, and performance of all Transient Aircraft Services (TAS) operations at an assigned location within the Southwest Asia Area of Responsibility (AOR). Reporting directly to the Lead Site Manager, the Site Manager ensures aircraft servicing operations are executed safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS), contractual requirements, applicable Technical Orders, airfield safety standards, and U.S. Government/U.S. Air Force directives. </p><br><br><br><p>This position provides leadership across all flight line operations, including aircraft arrival, marshaling, parking, servicing, turn-around, and departure activities, while overseeing all assigned personnel supporting TAS operations. The Site Manager is accountable for maintaining operational continuity, coordinating with Government stakeholders, and delivering consistent performance in a high-tempo, 24/7/365 austere environment. </p><br><br><br><p><b>Roles and Responsibilities </b> </p><br><br><ul><li><p>Maintain a ZERO Harm workplace by enforcing strict adherence to flight line safety standards, FOD prevention programs, and tool control procedures at all times. </p><br><br></li></ul><ul><li><p>Ensure full compliance with Environmental, Safety, and Quality Assurance requirements; provide documentation, reporting, and support to all compliance programs. </p><br><br></li></ul><ul><li><p>Provide daily oversight of TAS operations, including aircraft arrival, marshaling, parking, servicing, turn-around, and departure activities to ensure PWS performance objectives are met. </p><br><br></li></ul><ul><li><p>Lead, supervise, and mentor assigned flight line personnel to deliver safe, efficient, and high-quality aircraft servicing operations. </p><br><br></li></ul><ul><li><p>Establish and maintain a culture of accountability, discipline, safety, and customer-focused service delivery. </p><br><br></li></ul><ul><li><p>Coordinate daily tasking and priorities;
