Role Purpose<br>

El/la Arquitecto/a brindará asesoría técnica y especializada al equipo de gestión de UNOPS en consultas, revisiones, análisis e informes específicos relacionados con el desarrollo, diseño, contratación, construcción y entrega de Proyectos.<br>

El/la consultor/a apoyará la revisión de productos desarrollados por terceros, emitirá criterios técnicos de alto nivel, identificará riesgos u oportunidades de mejora, participará en sesiones estratégicas cuando sea requerido y preparará recomendaciones técnicas para apoyar decisiones durante las distintas etapas del proyecto.<br>

Functions / Key Results Expected<br>

1. Asesoría técnica durante el ciclo de vida del proyecto<br>
<br>
Brindar criterio experto en arquitectura, infraestructura vertical, master planning, diseño formal, construcción, comisionamiento y entrega para operación.<br>
<br>
Atender consultas estratégicas relacionadas con alcance, diseño, constructabilidad, calidad técnica, costos, cronograma, riesgos, permisos, contratación, ejecución de obra y operación futura.<br>
<br>
Emitir recomendaciones técnicas para fortalecer la consistencia entre los estudios, diseños, contratos, obras, estándares de calidad, requerimientos funcionales y objetivos estratégicos del proyecto.<br>
<br>
Identificar decisiones críticas que deban ser atendidas por UNOPS, Asociados, contratistas, consultores o actores institucionales durante las distintas etapas del proyecto.<br>

2. Revisión independiente de productos de diseño y documentación técnica<br>
<br>
Realizar revisiones técnicas independientes de entregables críticos, incluyendo diseño conceptual, master plan, anteproyecto, diseño formal, planos, especificaciones, bases de diseño, modelos BIM, criterios arquitectónicos, informes de consultores y documentos técnicos específicos.<br>
<br>
Preparar comentarios técnicos, notas de revisión, criterios especializados o informes breves que permitan al equipo de gestión tomar decisiones informadas sobre aceptación, aceptación condicionada o necesidad de ajuste de productos.<br>
<br>
Revisar la consistencia de los entregables con el alcance contractual, criterios de calidad, normativa aplicable, requerimientos funcionales, sostenibilidad, accesibilidad, seguridad humana, operación futura y objetivos estratégicos del proyecto.<br>

Identificar interfaces críticas entre arquitectura, estructura, electromecánica, movilidad, sostenibilidad, BIM, seguridad humana, operación, mantenimiento y construcción.<br>

3. Apoyo técnico durante contratación, construcción y ejecución de obras<br>
<br>
Preparación, revisión o ajuste de términos de referencia, carteles, matrices de entregables, criterios técnicos de evaluación y documentos base para contrataciones relacionadas con diseño formal, demoliciones, obras habilitadoras, construcción, supervisión o servicios especializados.<br>
<br>
Apoyar la revisión de consultas técnicas, RFIs, submittals, shop drawings, muestras, mock-ups, propuestas de cambio, ajustes de diseño, no conformidades, reclamos técnicos o temas constructivos críticos.<br>
<br>
Emitir criterios técnicos sobre la consistencia entre el diseño aprobado, los documentos contractuales, las condiciones reales de obra y la calidad esperada del proyecto.<br>
<br>
Participar en visitas técnicas, talleres o sesiones de revisión de obra cuando se requiera criterio experto para atender situaciones de alta complejidad, decisiones sensibles o riesgos relevantes para costo, plazo, calidad o funcionalidad.<br>
