<p>AMAL Project Jordan | ICU Istituto per la Cooperazione Universitaria Type of Employment: Full-time, fixed term 3 months. Reports to: Field Coordinator. ICU implements development co-operation projects in developing countries and fosters information and education on international solidarity issues. ICU has been active in Jordan since 1999. The project AMAL Improved Access to Work for vulnerable Syrian refugees and Jordanians in the governorates of Amman, Zarqa and Karak (AID PHONE_NUMBER/01/0) is implemented by ICU (applicant and overall coordinator) in partnership with Save the Children Jordan (SCJ) and Athar for Youth Development, and is financed by the Italian Agency for Development Cooperation (AICS). AMAL improves stable and lasting access to income for Syrian refugees and vulnerable Jordanians with a focus on women, youth (18 35) and persons with disabilities in the governorates of Amman, Zarqa and Karak. The project combines market-aligned vocational training (TVET), cash for training, paid internships and job matchmaking with grants and tailored support to micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs), and the active engagement of public institutions, the private sector and community-based organizations to foster inclusive and sustainable economic growth. Overall aim of the Action: Contribute to the economic empowerment and the strengthening of the resilience of Syrian refugees and vulnerable Jordanians in Jordan. Specific objective: Syrian refugees and vulnerable Jordanians in particular women, youth and persons with disabilities in the governorates of Amman, Zarqa and Karak obtain a stable income from employment or self-employment thanks to the development of market-aligned skills and the strengthening of MSMEs. Expected results: • R.1 Strengthened technical, practical and professional skills required by the local labor market among vulnerable Syrian refugees and Jordanians, with particular attention to youth, women and persons with disabilities. • R.2 Promoted inclusive and sustainable entrepreneurship, contributing to the strengthening of micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs). • R.3 Strengthened activation and participation of the public sector, private sector and community associations to promote inclusive and sustainable economic growth. We are seeking an experienced Case Manager to lead the identification and selection of project beneficiaries according to vulnerability criteria. The Case Managers will manage individual beneficiary files from first contact to enrolment or referral, ensuring that the selection process is fair, transparent, protection-sensitive and well documented. Key Responsibilities and Duties • Manage individual beneficiary case files from identification to enrolment in project activities or referral to other organizations and programs. • Supervise and coordinate the work of the Enumerators, ensuring the correct application of the vulnerability criteria and selection quotas (30% Syrian refugees, 70% vulnerable Jordanians, at least 50% women, at least 15% persons with disabilities). • Conduct in-depth vulnerability assessments and verify the eligibility of candidates. • Provide beneficiaries with clear guidance on project services (TVET, life and soft skills training, cash for training, internships, matchmaking events) and on their rights and obligations. • Identify protection needs and refer cases to competent organizations and services through existing referral pathways, in coordination with SCJ and other actors. • Liaise with local CBOs, community leaders and partners to support outreach and community validation, ensuring the inclusion of marginalized groups. • Maintain accurate, confidential and up-to-date documentation of all cases in the project database. • Contribute to the verification of beneficiary lists and to reporting on the selection process. • Apply ICU s safeguarding, protection, gender and do-no-harm principles in all activities. You will play a key role in ensuring that MASE's operations are delivered safely, efficiently and in accordance with contractual obligations while maintaining a strong presence across our operating <p>The Center Operations Manager position is responsible for overseeing one or more USO Center s operations, and overseeing programs, events and activities at locations surrounding the Center(s). This position also manages subordinate operational staff and volunteers. progress of programs, classes, and student learning outcomes for the purposes of end-of-year organization reporting and for donor reporting<br>• Propose new improvements to the delivery of classes, communication channels and developing new customer bases tailored for youth and workforce development programs<br>• Contribute to the programs progress reporting, monitoring, and final reports in compliance with donors requirements<br>Developing Amideast s Offerings and Business (30%)<br>• Follow up on calls and inquiries and respond to customer requests or deliver requests to the relevant department or position for the fee-for-service young learners' summer and winter camp programs<br>• Ensure direct outreach emails to school administrators, teachers and parents are shared and respond to enquiries and collect interest forms<br>• Update the database of school staff and parents for future communications and marketing efforts for the T&P department<br>• Achieve 20 enrollments or more for each young learner program<br>• Propose and lead on data collection to allow Amideast to launch new thematic young learner programs integrating past and existing capabilities including, but not limited to: STEM, journalism and media, entrepreneurship and innovation<br>• Launch and monitor the performance of teachers for young leaners programs in the summer and winter vacations, collect data and administer surveys and follow-up engagement activities with enrolled students<br>• Take insights and lessons learned from program implementation, challenges, and successful customer attraction channels<br>• Produce a recommendation report to management to enhance:<br>• Addressing the changing needs of youth programs deduced from implementation successes and challenges<br>• Media, communication, and outreach channels<br>• New partnerships explored for young learner programs<br>• Use insights to summarize recommendations for improvements<br>• Support business development efforts of the SM through market mapping to summarize youth grants and funding opportunities suitable for Amideast<br>• Support in concept note drafting for youth grants<br>Others (General)<br>• Communicate
