<section><p class="heading jdMain">Job Description</p><p class="heading">Roles & Responsibilities</p><div class="paragraph"><p>Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Prepare and manage the annual budget, cost forecasts, and financial plans for the manufacturing operation.</li><li>Oversee product/manufacturing costing, standard costing, and variance analysis (material, labor, overhead).</li><li>Ensure timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.</li><li>Manage cash flow, working capital, and relationships with banks and external auditors.</li><li>Ensure compliance with tax regulations, statutory reporting, and internal financial controls.</li><li>Lead cost-reduction and efficiency initiatives in coordination with Operations and Procurement.</li><li>Supervise the finance team (Cost Accountant, Accountant, Accounts Payable & Receivable Officer) and review their work for accuracy and compliance.</li><li>Support investment appraisals, capital expenditure requests, and business case analysis for the factory.</li><li>Liaise with corporate/head-office finance on consolidated reporting and policy alignment.</li></ul></div></section><section><p class="heading">Desired Candidate Profile</p><p class="paragraph"></p><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; professional certification (CPA, ACCA, CMA) preferred.</li><li>7+ years of finance experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial role, ideally in a manufacturing/industrial environment.</li><li>Strong background in cost accounting and manufacturing finance.</li></ul><p></p></section>
