<p><h4>Job Description</h4>
<p>Employee will be part of the deployment pool and will be required to support deployments to various CONUS/OCONUS locations, as required. This position will require the member to be flexible in the support of assigned deployment/work schedules.</p>
<p>Employee will assemble, disassemble, renovate, transport, load, deactivate, modify, destroy, and handle munitions including missiles, precision, and gravity bombs. Work on the installation, configuration changes, modification, repair, and adjustment of aircraft armament systems and components. Perform maintenance modifications, destruction, and demilitarization of ammunition and explosive components. Operate computer hardware and software utilities and manual records in order to perform stock control and accounting procedures. Inspect bomb release systems and missile launchers to determine need for repair or destruction in support of Reaper Series RPA maintenance.</p>
<p>Additionally, employee may conduct inspection, maintenance, and storage of munitions and support equipment. Support weapons loading and armament systems and related matters. Support quality assurance, compliance, continuity, and standardization of munitions programs. Attend weapons safety course, load certification, and related activities. Provide technical inputs to managers in matters of weapons management, inventory, maintenance, loading, and armament systems. Assist with availability and serviceability of munitions to support emerging customer requirements.</p>
<p>USAF equivalent position is Munitions/Weapons Technician Apprentice.</p>
<h4>Essential Responsibilities:</h4>
<ul>
<li>Perform basic work in the installation, configuration changes, modification, repair, and adjustment of aircraft armament systems and components.</li>

<h4>Minimum Requirements:</h4>
<ul>
<li>Must have high school diploma or have completed relevant military and/or vocational technical school curriculum.</li>
<li>Minimum of one year of actual aircraft munitions/weapons maintenance experience required.</li>
<li>Completed USAF Munitions/Weapons Tech School or DoD equivalent.</li>
<li>Must possess basic knowledge of technical publications related to aircraft maintenance.</li>
<li>Must be able to perform increment monitor duties to include but not limited to equipment/cargo preparation, documentation, pallet build-up, and hazardous cargo.</li>
<li>Must be able to inspect and operate ground support and auxiliary equipment.</li>
<li>Must achieve a passing grade in all required courses/certifications for continued employment, as needed.</li>
<li>Employee must meet all OCONUS deployment criteria, to include pre-deployment medical screening, as a condition of employment.</li>
<li>Must be able to deploy to forward locations (other countries) as directed by the government.</li>
<li>Must be able to lift, carry, and/or wear military issued equipment in excess of 50 pounds for extended periods.</li>
<li>Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand English.</li>
<li>Must have had an active secret US government clearance within the last 12 months. Note: US citizenship is required to obtain a secret clearance.</li>
<li>Must be able to maintain required DoD security clearance commensurate with the assigned duties during employment.</li>
<li>Must submit updated SF-86 within 30 days of hire start date.</li>
<li>Must have current/active state issued driver’s license.</li>
<li>Must be able to acquire and maintain a valid flight-line government driver’s license.</li>
<li>Must have valid U.S. passport with a minimum of two years remaining with at least two facing pairs (four total) of blank visa pages.</li>

<p>Accounts for all materials and/or support equipment being shipped out of, and received, at the facility. Ensures parts due in from maintenance (DIFM) are properly tracked and takes appropriate actions to meet applicable deadlines. Keeps a running inventory of stock/equipment using appropriate software. Researches and orders parts, materials, and tools for use to ensure maintenance operational capabilities. Ensures the overall serviceability of all support equipment and related items. Keeps track of all assigned government property entering and leaving the facility. Processes paperwork, including filing DD-1149s, for all supply/support activities. Ensures proper allotment of material and/or equipment to appropriate maintenance personnel in support of maintenance operations.</p>
<p>USAF equivalent position is Supply Technician Journeyman.</p>
<h4>Essential responsibilities:</h4>
<ul>
<li>Performs warehousing and support program duties in support of maintenance operations within the site at the comprehensive level.</li>
<li>Assists in verifying materials (or merchandise) against receiving documents, noting, and reporting discrepancies and damages.</li>
<li>Routes materials and parts to prescribed storage locations and/or facilities as needed for operational support.</li>
<li>Stores, stacks, or palletizes materials and/or equipment in accordance with applicable technical guidelines.</li>
<li>Rearranges and takes inventory of stored materials/equipment and documents within assigned database.</li>
<li>Performs the examination of stored materials and reports deterioration and damage; removes material from storage and prepares it for shipment.</li>
<li>May operate hand and/or power trucks and/or equipment in performing warehousing and support duties.</li>
<li>Performs miscellaneous quality assurance duties including CTK inspections, inventory process checks, inspecting and examining materials, article inspections, etc.</li>
<li>Supports supervisor with inventory management of decentralized and decontrolled items, including supplies and equipment in accordance with applicable AFIs.</li>
<li>Supervises, trains, and provides mentorship to subordinate personnel in support/supply functions.</li>
<li>Performs all other duties as assigned or requested.</li>
</ul>
<h4>Minimum requirements:</h4>
<ul>
<li>Must have high school diploma or have completed relevant military and/or vocational technical school curriculum.</li>
<li>Minimum of three years actual supply/support experience and/or combination of related aircraft maintenance experience required.</li>
<li>Must possess comprehensive knowledge of governing supply and/or support systems/programs, policies, nomenclature, work methods, manuals, or other established guidelines.</li>
<li>Must have the comprehensive analytical ability to define problems, collect necessary data, establish facts, and take recommended actions based upon applicable established guidelines.</li>
<li>Must be able to perform increment monitor duties to include but not limited to equipment/cargo preparation, documentation, pallet build-up, and hazardous cargo.</li>
<li>Must be familiar with computerized databases, spreadsheets, and computerized inventory management programs.</li>
<li>Must have comprehensive experience with material handling equipment.</li>

<section><p class="heading jdMain">Job Description</p><p class="heading">Roles & Responsibilities</p><div class="paragraph"><p>JOB SUMMARY Assists department head in managing budget, capital expenditures, preventative maintenance and energy conservation. Accountable for maintaining the building and grounds with particular attention towards safety, security and asset protection. Assigns, tracks and follows up on status of work assigned to staff and contractors. Helps increase guest and employee satisfaction through effective communications and training.</p><p>CORE WORK ACTIVITIES Supporting management of Department Operations and Engineering Budgets Assists in effectively planning, scheduling and evaluating preventative maintenance programs. Helps establish priorities for total property maintenance needs. Supervises the day to day operations of Engineering. Assists in managing the physical plant including equipment, refrigeration, HVAC, plumbing, water treatment, electrical and life safety systems. Maintains and operates equipment at optimum effectiveness, efficiency and safety. Supervises distribution of repair work orders. Assists in maintaining grounds, meeting rooms, ballrooms, public space, restaurants, property vehicles and recreational facilities as needed. Acts as technical liaison for all departments in property. Supervises Engineering in the absence of the Director of Engineering. Recommends or arranges for additional services such as painting, repair work, renovations, and the replacement of furnishings and equipment. Selects and makes purchases of new equipment, supplies, and furnishings. Inspects and evaluates the physical condition of facilities in order to determine the type of work required. Manages parts, supplies and equipment inventories effectively by minimizing downtime and maximizing cash flow. Performs inspections effectively. Assists in evaluating and implementing new technologies, equipment and supplies. Assists in establishing and implementing an energy conservation program. Maintaining Engineering Standards Helps ensure necessary permits and licenses for building and physical plant are obtained and kept current. Helps ensure regulatory compliance to facility regulations and safety standards. Ensures compliance with all Engineering departmental policies, standards and procedures. Ensures all employees have the proper supplies, equipment and uniforms. Ensuring Exceptional Customer Service Displays leadership in guest hospitality by exemplifying excellent customer service and creating a positive atmosphere for guest relations. Interacts with guests to obtain feedback on product quality and service levels. Empowers employees to provide excellent customer service. Conducting Human Resources Activities Supervises staffing levels to ensure that guest service, operational needs and financial objectives are met. Helps train employees in safety procedures. Assists in training other department employees in fire protection, safety and evacuation procedures. Provides feedback to employees based on observation of service behaviors. Assists in performing operational activities as necessary.</p></div></section><section><p class="heading">Desired Candidate Profile</p><p class="paragraph">High school diploma or GED; 4 years experience in the engineering and maintenance or related professional area; technical training in HVAC-R/electrical/plumbing. OR 2-year degree from an accredited university in Building and Construction, Engineering, Mechanics, or related major; 2 years experience in the engineering and maintenance or related professional area; technical training in HVAC-R/electrical/plumbing.</p></section>
