<p><span><span><strong>What we are looking for:</strong></span></span></p><br><p><span><span>An experienced shelter professional to support the cluster team in guiding shelter agencies in the development and implementation of shelter programming, to provide safe and resilient shelter solutions. They will ensure that solutions are in line with global standards and best practice. The position holder will coordinate the Technical Working Groups (TWGs), which are created on a needs-basis to address specific issues related to shelter programming, currently there is Emergency Damage Assessment TWG, Cash Market Monitoring TWG, Transitional Shelter Assistance TWG and a new joint technical working group with site management covering topics at site level. <h4>Requirements</h4>
<ul>
<li>1–2 years of experience in quality control or mid-level experience.</li>
<li>Strong hands-on experience across the full QA lifecycle including requirements analysis, test planning, test case design, test execution, defect management, reporting, and supporting UAT activities.</li>
<li>Demonstrated excellence in software testing activities with a strong understanding of QA methodologies, processes, and best practices.</li>
<li>Good analytical and strong communication skills.</li>
<li>Ability to work effectively within a team environment.</li>
<li>Experience in automation testing and familiarity with automation tools/frameworks.</li>
<li>CTFL certification is mandatory.</li>
<li>Experience in e-services projects is preferred.</li>
<li>Previous experience working on MODEE projects is considered an advantage.</li>
