About the job FLOW ASSURANCE ENGINEER
<p>We are seeking an experienced Flow Assurance Engineer to join our engineering team supporting large-scale ADNOC Onshore oil & gas projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for flow assurance studies during FEED and Detailed Engineering, ensuring the safe, reliable, and efficient transportation of hydrocarbons through pipelines and process facilities. The role requires close coordination with Process, Pipeline, Mechanical, and Operations teams to optimize system performance throughout the project lifecycle.</p><br>
<p><b>JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:</b></p><br>
<ul>
<li>Perform steady-state and transient flow assurance analyses for oil, gas, condensate, and multiphase pipeline systems.</li>
<li>Conduct hydraulic simulations and evaluate pressure drop, temperature profiles, slugging, erosion, and liquid accumulation.</li>
<li>Perform flow assurance studies including hydrate formation, wax deposition, asphaltene precipitation, scale prediction, and corrosion assessment.</li>
<li>Develop operating envelopes and recommend mitigation strategies such as insulation, chemical injection, pigging, heating, and operational procedures.</li>
<li>Prepare and review flow assurance calculations, technical reports, design basis documents, and engineering deliverables.</li>
<li>Support pipeline sizing, equipment selection, and process optimization during FEED and Detailed Design.</li>
<li>Coordinate with multidisciplinary engineering teams to ensure flow assurance requirements are incorporated into the overall design.</li>
<li>Participate in design reviews, HAZOP, HAZID, model reviews, and technical discussions with clients.</li>
<li>Review vendor documents and provide technical inputs related to flow assurance and pipeline hydraulics.</li>
<li>Ensure engineering activities comply with ADNOC specifications, international codes, and industry best practices.</li>

<p><strong>KEY QUALIFICATIONS:</strong></p><br>

<li>Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering, Petroleum Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.</li>
<li>Minimum 8–12 years of experience in flow assurance engineering for Oil & Gas projects.</li>
<li>Proven experience on ADNOC Onshore projects is mandatory.</li>
<li>Strong experience in FEED and Detailed Engineering phases.</li>
<li>Proficiency in flow assurance software such as OLGA, PIPESIM, PIPEPHASE, Aspen HYSYS, Aspen Plus, and PVTsim.</li>
<li>Good understanding of multiphase flow, thermodynamics, fluid properties, pipeline hydraulics, and production system behavior.</li>
<li>Familiarity with international standards including API, ASME, ISO, and ADNOC engineering specifications.</li>
<li>Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to work in multidisciplinary engineering teams.</li>
