<p><strong>Role Overview</strong><br>This is a senior delivery role responsible for leading and governing all data migration, transformation, reconciliation, cleansing, governance, testing, cutover, and data readiness activities for the T24 Core Banking Modernisation programme at a leading Qatar-based financial institution. </p><br><p>The Data Workstream PM will own the end-to-end data migration strategy and execution across the transition from legacy T24 modules to the target T24 platform and all downstream peripheral systems. The role combines deep technical data migration expertise with strong programme management capability and the ability to manage multiple SI vendors simultaneously.<strong><br>Key Responsibilities</strong><br>Data Migration Strategy & Scope<br>Establish the overall data migration strategy and define migration methodologies, incremental delta load approaches, extraction strategies, and distribution frameworks for newly introduced T24 modules and downstream reporting environments. Manage documentation of all source systems, target systems, data mappings, and peripheral solutions. Coordinate source-to-target mapping workshops involving Business SMEs, IT SMEs, and peripheral application owners. Govern development of transformation logic and code transformation rules. Ensure downstream systems receive required transformed data and remain synchronised post go-live.<br>Data Extraction & Cleansing<br>Coordinate application owners and database administrators to extract data from legacy T24 modules including FT, LD, MM, and related domains. Partner with business stakeholders to execute data cleansing and remediation activities. Drive data quality improvement initiatives and ensure only cleansed, validated, and trusted data enters the target platform.<br>Vendor & Governance Management<br>Manage and coordinate SI vendors responsible for migration and reconciliation activities. Establish migration standards, validation rules, and sign-off criteria. Ensure full compliance with data privacy, masking, and regulatory requirements throughout the programme.<br>Mock Migration & Loading<br>Coordinate scheduling and execution of multiple mock migration cycles. Validate ETL performance, speed, and migration accuracy across each run. Optimise migration windows, minimise production downtime during final cutover, and reduce extraction and loading durations. <p><strong>Role Overview</strong><br>This is a senior program governance role responsible for establishing and operating the Program Management Office (PMO) for a major T24 Core Banking Modernisation programme at a leading Qatar-based bank. </p><br>
<p>The Program PMO Lead will own overall programme governance, planning, reporting, risk management, vendor coordination, and delivery oversight across all workstreams. This is a foundational role — the successful candidate will stand up the PMO from scratch during mobilisation and then operate it through the full programme lifecycle.<strong><br>Key Responsibilities</strong><br>PMO Establishment<br>Deploy and onboard the PMO team and define team operating model and ways of working. Establish and operationalise programme governance structures, reporting mechanisms, escalation processes, decision-making forums, and controls aligned with QIB PMO standards and the T24 Modernisation governance framework.
