<h4>Description</h4> The SOC team leader is responsible for leading and managing ZainTECH’s Security Operations Center (SOC) team, ensuring effective delivery of security monitoring, threat detection, incident response coordination, and operational security services. The role provides technical leadership and operational oversight across SOC functions while ensuring compliance with service level agreements, customer requirements, and NCSC licensing obligations. <h4>Responsibilities:</h4> SOC operations management Lead daily SOC operations across all monitoring and response activities. Ensure continuous 24x7 monitoring coverage and effective shift management. Oversee incident handling, escalation, and investigation activities. Ensure adherence to customer SLAs and operational procedures. Monitor SOC performance and service quality metrics. Incident management & escalation Act as the primary escalation point for high-severity security incidents. Coordinate incident response activities across technical teams and stakeholders. Support containment, investigation, eradication, and recovery efforts. Review incident reports and ensure quality of investigation outputs. Participate in major incident and crisis management activities. Team leadership & development Lead, mentor, and develop SOC analysts across all levels. Conduct performance reviews, coaching sessions, and knowledge transfer initiatives. Support recruitment, onboarding, and training activities. Threat detection & operational improvement Drive continuous improvement of monitoring and detection capabilities. Review and approve use cases, correlation rules, dashboards, and operational procedures. Identify gaps in detection coverage and operational effectiveness. Support SOC maturity and service enhancement initiatives. Governance, reporting & stakeholder management Prepare operational reports and service reviews. Participate in customer meetings and security governance discussions. Ensure compliance with internal security policies, regulatory obligations, and NCSC licensing requirements. <section>Job DescriptionRoles & Responsibilities<div class="paragraph">The Incident Response Analyst is responsible for investigating, containing, eradicating, and supporting the recovery of cybersecurity incidents across customer and enterprise environments. The role plays a critical part in minimizing business impact from cyber threats by coordinating response activities, performing technical investigations, and supporting the continuous improvement of incident response capabilities. The role collaborates closely with Security Operations, Threat Intelligence, Digital Forensics, and customer IT teams to identify attack vectors, contain threats, and strengthen organizational resilience against future incidents. Responsibilities: Incident Investigation & Response Respond to security incidents within defined SLAs and escalation procedures. Perform detailed investigations to determine Nature of the attack, Scope of compromise, Impacted systems, Attack vectors and Potential business impact Analyze indicators of compromise (IOCs) and attacker activity. Minimum 3 years experience in cybersecurity / information security, including 1 or more years in incident response. At least one valid NCSC-approved IR certification like (ECIH, CCIM, Blue Team Level 2) or another equivalent certification in the same field that is approved by the NCSC. Practical skills in log analysis, endpoint and network investigation, malware triage, and use of IR tooling. Exposure to SIEM/SOAR and EDR platforms is preferable. The project works to improve survivor-centered institutional capacity and strengthen the legislative and policy frameworks that protect survivors and support effective responses to violence. Himaya applies a survivor-centered systems-strengthening approach to improve response services, and the implementation of survivor-centered legislation and policies. As part of this effort, the Comprehensive Service Center (CSC) in East Amman is being established by the Family Protection and Juvenile Department (FPJD) as Jordan’s first fully co-located One-Stop Shop (OSS) for domestic and sexual violence response services. It will bring together relevant government and civil society service providers under one roof to support coordinated, confidential, trauma-informed, and survivor-centered access to protection, legal, health, psychosocial, social assistance, and referral services. To support safe, accessible, and confidential navigation throughout the CSC, Himaya seeks a consultant to develop an internal and external wayfinding and signage system that promotes accessibility, privacy, reduces confusion and unnecessary waiting, and supports an empowering survivor-centered environment. The CSC comprises of Three floors, with an approximate gross floor area of 3,754.14 m². The facility is designed to accommodate multiple government and partner service providers withing a single integrated survivor-centered environment. Role’s Purpose: The consultant will design a comprehensive internal and external wayfinding and signage system for the CSC. The system should enable survivors and visitors to navigate the center safely, clearly, and with dignity, while supporting accessibility, confidentiality, trauma-informed service delivery, operational flow, and coordination across co-located service providers.
