<li>Ensure full compliance with labor law, occupational health and safety regulations, and industrial relations requirements.</li>
<li>Lead performance management, succession planning, and leadership development programs across departments.</li>
<li>Manage employee relations, grievance handling, and where applicable, liaison with worker representatives or unions.</li>
<li>Oversee HR budget, headcount planning, and workforce cost control in coordination with Finance.</li>
<li>Drive employee engagement, retention, and culture initiatives suited to an industrial/manufacturing workforce.</li>
<li>Report HR metrics (turnover, absenteeism, time-to-hire, training hours) to senior management on a regular basis.</li>

<p> <strong>Qualifications</strong> </p>

<li>Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field; HR certification (SHRM-CP, CIPD, or equivalent) preferred.</li>
<li>8+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role within a manufacturing or industrial environment.</li>
<li>Strong knowledge of local labor law and occupational health & safety standards.</li>
<li>Proven experience managing HR for a multi-shift, blue-collar and white-collar mixed workforce.</li>
