<p>Employee will be part of the Deployment Pool and will be required to support deployments to various CONUS/OCONUS locations as required. This position will require the member to be flexible in the support of assigned deployment/work schedules. Maintains an Aircraft Scheduling and Documentation (ASD) maintenance and utilization program. Helps develops long range plans and establishes production schedules to meet customer requirements. Prepares weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual utilization schedules for maintenance. Maintains proficiency in operations of the USAF Maintenance Information System including Core Automated Maintenance System (CAMS), Centralized Engine Management System (CEMS), and other maintenance management database library programs. Maintains equipment records in library files. Collects, reviews, and files documented information for planning and scheduling of various maintenance activities. Ensures accurate documentation is maintained for aircraft engines, munitions, missiles, AGE configurations, Time Compliance Technical Orders, time change items, and special inspections. USAF equivalent position is Aircraft Scheduling & Documentation Journeyman. Essential Responsibilities: Prepares the weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual utilization schedules for maintenance. Assist in the oversight of the TCTO process for completion and proper documentation with IMDS and/or CEMS. Supervises/maintains assigned aircraft/equipment records in database library files within IMDS and/or CEMS. Assists in the collection, review, and filing of documented information for planning and scheduling of RPA maintenance activities. Recent developments in several countries, including proposals or decisions to lower the minimum age of criminal responsibility (MACR), underscore the need for current, accessible and comparable legal information. In other contexts, the MACR remains below international standards or is subject to exceptions, while the age of majority and related legal thresholds are not consistently documented. Previous global fact sheets are no longer regularly updated. The consultancy will support the development of a global Legal Atlas covering all countries and territories for which authoritative legal information can be verified. The Atlas will document the statutory age of majority and MACR, including exceptions, differentiated thresholds and relevant implementation provisions, and assess alignment with the Convention on the Rights of the Child and General Comment No. 24. Its immediate advocacy objective is to promote a MACR of at least 14 years, without exceptions that permit children below that age to be held criminally responsible. The Legal Atlas will be designed as an accessible, searchable and updateable knowledge product, drawing on the format and functionality of existing legal atlases on child marriage, street-connected children and civil registration and vital statistics. Its structure should allow additional justice-for-children variables to be incorporated in future phases, including access to free legal aid, diversion and non-custodial measures. Scope of Work: Under the supervision of the Child Protection Specialist, Justice for Children and Legal Reform, based at the UNICEF Centre of Excellence in Amman, the consultant will lead the research, validation, design and online development of the Legal Atlas. Develop an inception report, research protocol, legal taxonomy, data fields, source hierarchy and quality-assurance methodology. <p>HI Palestine is currently operating as a stand-alone program under the authority of the Emergency Division, with a dedicated governance framework adapted to the scale and complexity of the crisis. Palestine Coordination is split between Jerusalem and Amman, with a West Bank area office located in Ramallah and a Gaza area office in Zuwayda. In Gaza, HI operates three offices: one in the central area (Zuwayda), one in the north (Gaza City), and one in the south (Khan Younis).</p>

<p>HI Palestine is currently operating as a stand-alone program under the authority of the Emergency Division, with a dedicated governance framework adapted to the scale and complexity of the crisis. This arrangement, confirmed until the end of 2026, is intended to provide the structural flexibility and operational responsiveness required in the current context, while also anticipating and preparing for a transfer back to Mashreq Programme (regional office). Palestine Coordination is split between Jerusalem and Amman, with a West Bank area office located in Ramallah and a Gaza area office in Zuwayda. In Gaza, HI operates three offices: one in the central area (Zuwayda), one in the north (Gaza City), and one in the south (Khan Younis).</p>
<p>The mission's operational strategy relies on four pillars: Health (Rehabilitation and P&O), Armed Violence Reduction, Atlas Logistics, and Education. Cross-cutting components include IHA, MHPSS, Protection Mainstreaming, and DGA.</p>

<p>The Policy and Advocacy Senior Officer in Palestine works under the responsibility of the Regional Advocacy and Communication Manager, and in close collaboration with the Country Director, the Federal Advocacy and Institutional Relations team (AIR) and the Federal communication team.
