<p>Key Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Design user interfaces for web and mobile applications with a strong focus on usability and consistency</li><li>Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs</li><li>Conduct and apply user-centred design principles throughout the product lifecycle</li><li>Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of design specifications</li><li>Work closely with product managers to understand requirements and define design solutions</li><li>Improve existing UI/UX based on feedback, usability insights, and business needs</li><li>Maintain and evolve design systems, style guides, and UI components</li><li>Ensure designs are responsive and optimised for different devices and screen sizes</li><li>Participate in design reviews and contribute to continuous design improvements</li></ul><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><p>Requirements</p><ul><li>0 2 years of experience in UI/UX design roles</li><li>Strong portfolio demonstrating UI/UX projects (web and/or mobile)</li><li>Proficiency in Figma and other wireframing/prototyping tools (e.g., Wireframe.cc, InVision)</li><li>Strong understanding of user-centred design principles and UX best practices</li><li>Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop</li><li>Ability to translate requirements into clean, functional, and visually appealing designs</li><li>Strong attention to detail and visual consistency</li><li>Bachelor s degree (BSc) in Design, Computer Science, or a related field</li></ul>
