<h4>Responsibilities</h4>

<h4>Requirements</h4>
<li>Bachelor's degree in engineering, business administration, or a related field.</li>
<li>3+ years of experience in project management, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.</li>
<li>Strong knowledge and experience in project management methodologies and tools.</li>
<li>A certification in project management (PMP) is preferred.</li>
<li>Demonstrated ability to successfully lead and manage projects of varying sizes and complexity.</li>
<li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.</li>
