<p>The Mental Health and Psychosocial Support Manager oversees International Medical Corps MHPSS programming within the country and will work closely with local partners to implement MHPSS projects. </p>

<p><strong>MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES</strong> </p>

<p><strong>Objectives of the position:</strong></p>

<li>Ensure timely, accurate, and complete monthly accounting reports and the year-end accounting report, in line with MSF accounting standards and chart of accounts.</li>
<li>Review and validate cash, bank, and journal entries submitted remotely by field teams.</li>
<li>Monitor cash flow and cash requests for Gaza activities, anticipating constraints related to banking access, cash scarcity, and cross-border transfers.</li>
<li>Ensure supporting documentation meets MSF requirements, adapting where standard documentation is impossible to obtain due to the context.</li>

<p><u>Budgeting and Financial Planning</u></p>

The PPM will support the Program Department in ensuring high quality implementation of project activities, adherence to IOCC project management processes, and supporting donor requirements, such as reporting. The PPM will focus on maintaining and growing IOCC’s relationships with key stakeholders while also identifying and building new partnerships. The PPM will support the expansion of IOCC’s work in Jordan, working with the Country Representative on business development. Key Responsibilities: Digital Marketing Strategy - Lead development and implementation of digital marketing strategies to enable target market reach and sales objectives Work closely with product leadership to develop digital marketing strategies that accelerate engagement and drive sales leads Develop and implement detailed digital marketing strategic plans according to strategic objectives outlined to deliver product marketing and sales lead goals Responsible to manage calendar of digital marketing activities and events to maintain continuous awareness of the brand, products and accelerate opportunities for sales Drive demand for Alef Education products, positioning the organization on various social media platforms as a key strategic partner to meet client education objectives Use market research to support development of detailed digital marketing strategies and campaigns that align with and complement brand and product guidelines Develop and maintain relationships with existing and prospective digital media marketing partners, identifying trends and engaging platforms that maximize marketing results Monitor performance of digital marketing activities, adjusting and streamlining lead generation processes and effectively capitalize on opportunities to drive sales Support renewal and negotiation of vendor contracts with a mind for long term value and sustainable marketing performance Product Market Campaign Development - Lead the strategic development of product marketing campaigns to enable target market reach and lead generation objectives Develop and implement product marketing strategies designed to achieve lead generation and sales objectives for Alef Education products and services Design and implement detailed product marketing plans and concepts to maximize efficiency and performance of targeted goals within budget parameters Evaluate market conditions, leading market research and analysis to support development of detailed product marketing strategies and campaigns Collaborate with marketing and design teams to produce and delivery creative content that maximizes marketing results, aligned with brand and division strategies Monitor performance of product marketing effectiveness, adjusting and streamlining promotion and lead generation processes to enabling effective sales generation Digital Marketing Design & Implementation - Using a large variety of digital marketing tools, design, implement and monitor efficiency and performance of product marketing results Design and implement detailed digital media marketing strategies including but not limited to SEM, email, websites, and social media platforms to maximize efficiency and performance of targeted goals within budget parameters Collaborate with marketing and design teams to produce and deliver creative content that maximizes marketing results, aligned with brand and product strategies Develop and monitor Key Performance Indicators and dashboards that enable effective analysis, reporting and decision making with a notable ability to quickly identify and respond to patterns of marketing success or failure Work closely with Head of Business Development and Product teams to manage key performance indicators of active marketing campaigns and rapidly make adjustment when needed to maximize spend results Market Research - Lead analysis and development of marketing research to enable decision making on product marketing strategies based on trends and target market needs Utilize analysis to evaluate end-to-end customer experience and perception across multiple channels and customer touch points to influence marketing content Facilitates ongoing product team communication to ensure all key stakeholders are well informed and aligned on trends, data, and marketing achievements/obstacles Research and forecast future sales and performance trends Research competitors and capitalize on market activities to improve digital marketability of Alef Education products and services Track and periodically report industry and market trends in digital and product marketing to enable aligned and effective practices that deliver results across the organization Community Leadership - Responsible for managing communication and relationships across the organization in order to effectively lead and enable high performing teams to achieve their goals Build effective relationships with team members, inviting and facilitating problem solving and idea generation to help empower individual capabilities Train, coach and develop team members, ensuring clear expectations are communicated and regularly discussed in an open, collaborative team culture Evaluate and periodically review competencies throughout team, identifying areas for new training or further skill development to enable ongoing results Generate and share data driven reports about team performance, mission-related objectives and timelines Communicate expectations and routinely reviews and discusses feedback Establish schedules, processes, deadlines, and targeted results to enable ongoing improvement and ability to achieve improving results Conduct regular team meetings and one to one conversations to ensure all members are updated on relevant news, information, and best practices Provide the right tools and resources, ensuring teams are equipped to work productively and achieve key results</p></div></section><section><p class="heading">Desired Candidate Profile</p><p class="paragraph"></p><p>Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or a related discipline Experience working with marketing projects and promoting business initiatives Background in design and copywriting is a plus Familiar with product marketing tactics (e.g. integrated marketing campaigns) Working knowledge of marketing tools (Google Marketing Cloud, Salesforce Pardot, Socialbakers.. etc). Ability to communicate the vision and value of new products to the sales team and develop sales tools that facilitate the selling process Experience in planning and participating in the launch of new features and products and briefing the press and PR teams about new products and conducting demonstrations. The ability to speak and write to a high standard is crucial. Gaining insight into customer needs and experiences. Ability to drive toward results, overcoming obstacles, bottlenecks and other risks as required Ability to quickly establish credibility, influence and trust with other team members in order to better drive results Ability to articulate priorities and revise plans to meet tight deadlines Familiarity with various project management practices and tools with the ability to implement and customize to the needs of the team and/or project Fluency in English and Arabic.</p><p></p></section>
