<p>POSITION SUMMARY Run sold room reports, verify room status, determine discrepant rooms, prioritize room cleaning, and update status of departing guest rooms. Assist Housekeeping management in managing daily activities. Act as a liaison to coordinate the efforts of Housekeeping, Engineering, Front Office, and Laundry. Document and resolve issues with discrepant rooms with the Front Desk. Prepare and distribute room assignments to Housekeeping staff. Record, monitor, and update list of Do Not Disturb' rooms. <p><b>POSITION PROFILE</b></p><p>Under the line management of the Research Manager, the Senior Assessment Officer is jointly responsible for the implementation of REACH’s Shelter and Site Management assessments, including the preparation, data collection, analysis, drafting, dissemination, and evaluation stages. The primary assessment sitting under the SAO will be the Comprehensive Shelter Needs Assessment and associated Joint Analysis Workshop. Additionally, targeted assessments are expected to be developed and implemented throughout the contracted period. Extensive external coordination is expected, both in facilitating the assessment and positioning IMPACT within the newly forming Shelter, Land and Sites cluster.</p><p><br></p><p>This position requires strong research skills, an analytical mind, creativity, independence, and an interest in the context.
