<p>This is a middle management role responsible for providing strategic leadership across resource mobilisation, donor engagement and partnership development across Syria, Jordan, Lebanon and Tunisia. <p>The postholder will lead efforts to mobilise resources from a diverse portfolio of donors, including institutional donors, trusts and foundations, and high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs). Working closely with the Regional Director, Country Directors and relevant colleagues across the region, the role will develop and implement strategic donor engagement and resource mobilisation plans that leverage ActionAid's expertise in advancing women's rights, youth leadership, humanitarian response, conflict transformation and resilience.</p>

<p>The ICLA Technical Coordinator supports legal aid partners throughout the project cycle by providing technical oversight, strengthening programme quality and compliance, and supporting partner capacity. The role contributes to legal research and analysis, monitoring, evaluation and learning, donor reporting, risk management, and coordination with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure effective and high-quality legal aid programming.</p>

<p>Lead performance management, monitoring, evaluations, assessments, and research activities under the Jordan MELA SOW. Support the design and refinement of performance monitoring systems, indicator tracking, and data review processes. Develop and maintain evaluation and assessment scopes of work, methodologies, and work plans.
