The Alternate Site Manager must be prepared to assume full management responsibility whenever the Site Manager is unavailable.</p><br><br><br><p><b>Roles and Responsibilities</b></p><br><br><ul><li>Assist the Site Manager with the daily management and execution of all task order requirements.</li><li>Assume full authority for daily contract operations when the Site Manager is unavailable.</li><li>Represent the Contractor during meetings, inspections, briefings, and coordination with Government representatives.</li><li>Supervise logistics personnel and ensure assigned work is completed safely, accurately, and on schedule.</li><li>Monitor staffing, employee attendance, work assignments, leave schedules, and operational coverage.</li><li>Assist with monthly inventories of BEAR equipment, MRSP kits, R-14 accountable property, R-15 consumable items, ADR assets, tools, and shop equipment.</li><li>Review inventory records for accuracy and ensure shipments, receipts, transfers, and disposition actions are properly recorded.</li><li>Assist with researching missing property and resolving inventory discrepancies.</li><li>Coordinate property movements, pickup and delivery appointments, equipment turn-ins, and transfers to DLA Disposition Services.</li><li>Review DD Form 1149 shipment documents, transfer requests, transportation movement requests, and supporting records.</li><li>Monitor suspense items, redistribution actions, deployed equipment listings, and open property transactions.</li><li>Ensure equipment yards and storage areas remain organized, secure, and compliant with applicable requirements.</li><li>Assist with quality-control inspections and the implementation of corrective actions.</li><li>Conduct safety briefings and ensure employees use required personal protective equipment.</li><li>Assist in preparing monthly reports, situation reports, meeting minutes, inventory reports, flash reports, and other required deliverables.</li><li>Maintain continuity files, electronic records, work documentation, and property accountability records.</li><li>Notify the Site Manager and appropriate Government representatives of incidents, operational risks, property discrepancies, or potential mission impacts.</li><li>Promote professional conduct, teamwork, accountability, and customer service.</li><li>Perform other duties assigned by the Site Manager or program leadership.</li></ul><br><p><b>Basic Qualifications</b></p><br><br><p>• U.S. National (USN) with an active Secret Security Clearance</p><br><br><p>• Minimum of 6 years of experience related to the management and performance requirements outlined in the PWS.</p><br><br><p>• Demonstrated experience managing logistics, supply, property accountability, warehouse, equipment, or base-support operations.</p><br><br><p>• Knowledge of Government property accountability, inventory management, equipment disposition, and logistics documentation.</p><br><br><p>• Previous AFCAP, Air Force, Department of Defense, War Reserve Materiel, or contingency logistics experience.</p><br><br><p>• Experience with BEAR equipment, MRSP inventories, R-14 and R-15 accountability reports, DLA Disposition Services, and DD Form 1149 documentation.</p><br><br><p>• Experience with barcode-based inventory systems, including WASP Asset Cloud or comparable systems.</p><br><br><p>• Forklift certification and previous material-handling experience.</p><br><br><p>• Prior experience in a supervisory or leadership role</p><br><br><br><br><br><p><b>KBR Benefits</b></p><br><br><p>KBR offers a selection of competitive lifestyle benefits which could include 401K plan with company match, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, AD&amp;D, flexible spending account, disability, paid time off, or flexible work schedule.
