  • Handling cash and check payments of the company based on pre-approved purchase orders.
  • Handling lection for some customers.
  • Processing all the following entries: journal voucher, purchases, sales, payment voucher, receipt voucher, credit note, and debit note.
  • Handling accounts reconciliation (banks, suppliers & customers).
  • Providing all inquired statements for the sales department (statement of account, aging...) & providing an explanation about these statements when needed
