Job Purpose:

An Auto Parts Specialist, will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to auto parts section specialising in Tyres, responsible for inventory management, and providing exceptional customer service. 

He will work closely with service and operations sections to identify their needs, create appropriate forcaste, analysis, recommendations, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for providing needed parts for the maintenance staff and sale of inventory for the service centers.
• Deal with different different types of parts including tyres and answer inquiries about various equipment and machine parts.
• Report overages, shortages, or damaged items to parts head.
• Assist in the orders setup for daily shipment, delivery, or pick-up.
• Sometimes assist After Sales department in replenishment of sold inventory.
• Collaborate with operations and service departments to gather data related to ordering, receiving, storing, issuing, and shipping parts, supplies, and equipment. 
• Manage order entry and order processing for local customers, suppliers, and vendors.
• Help maintain our parts inventory.
• Locate parts using our ERP system.
• Order out-of-stock items based on needs and analysis.
• Issue purchase orders to external suppliers.
• Assist with invoicing and payment processing.
• Create analysis reports to keep parts in stock, maintaining detailed records of inventory, and overseeing the timely delivery of parts to and from their location.
